[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Velectric agreed with me they had not taken into consideration the "hill" in my southwest lot. My solar system is in the shade until 10am year round, and until 2:in winter, 4:30, at the latest in summer. By moving the system to the east side of my roof I would receive sun from sun up to mid/late afternoon. I do not have a spare $10,available to put in an additional system, or finance with another solar supplier. It is after all my roof!

I do not know where you got the information that the problem was fixed and the installation of the solar panels is completedIT HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED AND WE ARE NOT USING SOLAR POWER!!!!!
Today a representative from *** *** *** arrived at our home to install routersOne of the thirty two panels was communicating with the routerThe rest were not
*** *** came out again, and it was determined that they need to change the connectors on the other panelsThis will be the second time within a month that new connectors have been ordered for the same problem
At least the representative from *** *** ***, gave me his business cardHe is the 4th or 5th "Account Manager" that has told us will he work to get everything completed in a timely manner

Sunnova is awaiting utility bills from customer, Sunnova has been advised no later than 03/31/to receive

Sunnova is still working on a contingency plan to resolve any issues with shading concerns, however Sunnova will continue to honor KWh guarantee under Mr*** Lease agreement

Sunnova will continue to make sure all of the customers concerns are addressed, we will also continue to monitor their monthly statements to make sure no issues arise

As I explained before we do not have enough equity in our home to place into escrow or to increase the home price We do not have $15,laying around to pay for the move or add money into an escrow account The price for the move is preposterous given the fact that that is how much a new solar system cost altogether I asked again release us from our contract due to violation of the you *** *** on a home Even the *** *** *** *** believes that Sunnova is in violation and is actively pursuing forwarding our claim to the consumer protection department who is seeking active litigation on several solar companies for the same issues I’m currently having with you They are adding this case to this new litigation claim, please release us from this contract or eat the cost of some of the requirements to move the solar

The service call was conducted on 06/18/2016, and the system was repairedMrs*** has brought to our attention that there is a miscommunication with the meterWe have confirmed with out partner *** *** that the system is producingToni *** has communicated via email with Mrs*** today informing her of her production since June 18, Also in that communication with Mrs*** we have made her aware that we are working on the meter communication issue Once the issue is resolved a final resolution will be rendered

Customer has been advised that Sunnova's engineering team has reviewed the design and verified that position were system is located will provide optimal solar generation Unfortunately customer is unable to move forward with additional system to provide more consumption for the home

Sunnova has been in communication with the customer today to discuss the part of her complaint related to mailing in their paymentsIn our correspondence we provided clarity in terms of no additional fees would be applied for the customer's account for mailing in payments after reviewing their monthly invoice
