I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint You may be reviewing the details and that may satisfy the Revdex.com that you are "trying" however this whole process has been going on for SIX monthsWhat does it take to get a response from Sunnova other than "Oh, we're working on it and I'll get back to you"?Just take a look at what our system has "produced" in the last three daysDoes this seem acceptable to anyone? My husband and I have called Sunnova on MULTIPLE occasions to get this resolved and Sunnova has done literally nothing to fix it or keep us informedWe have to call you for updatesSunnova has called me back proactively exactly one time (in February!) with an update that said, "No feedback yet from our technical team". Sunnova has stated on multiple occasions that the turnaround time for fixing a problem is daysWe are at over daysI do not care if this Revdex.com complaint prompts the problem to get fixedAt this rate we have paid for six months for a service we have not received adequately receivedWe want a refund of those six months. I did the math on itPlease see the attached document which contains screen grabs of our system monitoringThe system has been active since November 2015.It has been operational approximately 30% of the timeAnd that is if I give you the days where it produced even KWH!

I just called today and was put on hold for minutes without anyone ever coming back on the line. At this time I am sick of and do not have the time to deal with this. I understand the credit was apply to my July payment. Just apply it to my August payment as well. When that is done or I have that the two months are applied, in writing, I will go ahead and approve to have the complaint case closed

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]that is totally irrelevantI already have an account with sunnova since January 14th So I am not a new customer as they trying to implyI will say again that I was not told that I would have to to do a credit check to get my deposit backThey tried to over talk me on their policy that was not disclosed at closing of my homeThe only reason they “crediting” half of my deposit and following up on my calls because I filed a complaint with Revdex.comPrior to filling the complaint they would not return my calls on this very issue in March/ may of this yearThis issue will not be resolved until I am made whole on what is owed to me

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and I am accepting this outcome mainly because I am done arguing about this. I do not disagree that the system is working for now (strong emphasis on for now) and I am not dumb and can very clearly read the [redacted] (HA! to the "easy" part of that) agreement but the fact is the spirit of that agreement was not upheld here. Sunnova has not satisfied me but rather worn me and my husband down to the point that we are done arguing. Let's see how long this working solution lasts and what their response time will be with our next issue. I will always think that Sunnova does not deserve their A rating here because they are incapable of providing customer service in a timely, consistent, and productive manner. Only with Revdex.com complaints do they apparently take action. Until the next issue, Sunnova and Revdex.com.-[redacted]

Sunnova is working with a third party company in attempt to provide the customers request to remove solar system so repairs can be done to roof.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. I will most certainly communicate with Toni about our issue, however, I am unsatisfied with our experience and service thus far and do not believe the business practices of this company warrant an A rating by Revdex.com. The only reason we are receiving service now - after MONTHS of directly talking to Sunnova - is because of the Revdex.com complaint.Revdex.com should not and is not the Sunnova customer service team. I am on vacation and out of the country and I am furious enough to take time away to address this. I am that serious and I think our issues warrant a better FINANCIAL response from the company. One month of stopping autopayment - after siX months of limited service and three of no service at all - is not sufficient.

   The first step = removing the system off the roof has been done. I have been asking for any information regarding the new system to be installed.  I can not get Sunnova to provide information about the new install (the model, number of panels, time frame as to when the system may be operational and the company doing the reinstall ). My roof is to be finished it's rebuild next week (between 6/28-30).    Of course Sunnova has continued to bill for the system that has been down since 04/11.  Also my electric bill has grown because Sunnove continues to drag their feet.   As I stated to Sunnova if they had responded to my request back in March to have the panels removed (because the roof was a total loss after the hail storm 3/23) They could have saved all the panels and my roof would already be completed.   Thank You  Best regards [redacted]

We are not disputing a charge during the time of moving the panels; we are disputing the fact that once installed on the new residence the panels were never turned on and have not been monitored and several attempts to contact the business have been ignored.  The response here states that Sunnova will contact us which they still have not done.  Once again, their lack of customer service while they claim to be working on a problem is appalling and the fact that the service is still not in place is further proof of their incompetence.  There should have already been a tech from a partner company sent to turn on the panels.

Sunnova has provided customer with an early true up credit to the account to compensate for low production within the first year of service. Bypassing the terms under their Lease Agreement and providing credit prior to the time frame speculated in agreement. We are also working on a solution the low production.

**Another Supervisor, Donald S[redacted], was assigned to our case. I believe this would be #3 or #4 different people handling this matter. They keep pushing us off to different people to stall this resolution. Previous worker, Demi, agreed to recording our conversation and she stated the panels would be coming off my roof, that she was just waiting on the final approval and paperwork. Now Mr. S[redacted] is assigned to our case and he flat out says no they will not take them down.
I have consulted legal counsel on this matter and what she states is as follows:
**If my parents, owners of this house, were still alive and they sold the house - YES the next owners would have to pass a credit check and be accepted by Sonnova.
Since my parents both passed away (March & May) and I am the successor trustee, the contract is void. They legally cannot make the trustee bound to the 25 year term. On top of it, my credit score is 456 well below their guidelines.
**There tactic of delaying and pushing me off to someone else every so many days is unacceptable.
They are NOT helping me in any way to resolve this like they claim.
