Sunny Acres Stables LLC is responding to complaint ID [redacted] This customer was rescheduled from original time that was set upShe was offered a reschedule for two hours laterWe realized this was an error with our schedulingThe customer asked to stay on the property & fly a kite until horseback riding was availableSunny Acres Stables provided services to this customer for two hours instead of one hour, as originally scheduled The customer expressed they had a good time and paid the trail boss for one hour at $each for two people, $totalThe customer did not address that there was a problem when they were on siteAfter a couple of days passed from our encounter we were notified that this customer was interrupting our social media outlet by a volunteer that handles the page The Customer was telling clients not to use our services and that we were a scam when we would get inquiries for pricing for our services( We want to thank ALL OTHER COMMENTS posted on Facebook about or services as we have not gotten a bad one until this one) We reached out to this customer when we first realized she was not happyWe had to discover this when she was abusing our social media, not by direct contact The Trail Boss has sent her a full refund of $plus two gift certificates for riding lessons The customer has now gotten two hours of instructions for two peopleWhen she had originally only paid for one We have refunded her fully for what she had paid $ as well she was given gift certificates valued at $ After reaching what we could identify was her demand, A full refund and we have given gift certificates, for her and her child why is She is still interrupting our services? We feel betrayed by her action's
