I wish I would have read these reviews before I placed an order My order was supposedly given to a shipping company and never received by the ***, according to the tracking information I have not received a response from Sunny Beach despite emails and phone calls NOT HAPPY AT ALL

This is perhaps the worst company I have dealt with in my lifeI ordered a necklace from themWithin hours they billed my credit card which has to be done through ***Three days later, with no indication of this delay, they sent me an email saying my order was "processed" days after ordering, days after receiving my "processed" email I still have no package, no tracking number, and no replay to three separate emails This company is a joke, at all costs DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM DO NOT GIVE THEM penny of your moneyTHEY ARE A FRAUD AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PRODUCT

The worst customer experience in a long timeOnce they have your money you will be treated with contempt and insultedThey do not deserve your support!
