Good experience overall, but SBV requires a $refundable security deposit which they promise to return 4-weeks after checkoutNo reason I can think of that it'd have to take 4-weeks, but oh well - it's their policyReceived my security deposit after phone calls and an email and nearly weeks elapsed time post check-out
