Review: I purchased hair extensions to be used for my daughters wedding on October [redacted], 2014. When I walked into the store I was pushed into buying extensions that did not look right. I said that they did not look like the right color, but they insisted that it was by one of the employees his exact words were " YES YES THEY GOOD" and I was told that they could be returned. I ended up buying them after being harassed by the employee and being ensured that they could be returned. When I brought them to my hair salon they said that the color was incorrect and I proceeded to return them back to them. I was told that the [redacted] wasn't there and that they could not process the return at that time. I came back on Sunday, October [redacted] and was told " No return, no exchange on any hair selections. I argued with the [redacted] and told them how they were never used and he said rudely " I can't not problem you go now".Desired Settlement: I would like the money to be credited back on my credit card.
