I would highly recommend Rafael on any remodeling work. His guys exemplified everything that I would look for in a remodeling contractor. They were always punctual, were very courteous and completed their work with the highest level of quality. We had them work on one of our bathrooms and they were able to complete the work within one week. We have him scheduled to come in a work on a second bathroom very soon.

Rafal and his team worked on my home to put in recess lights in my living room and completely replace and remodel 50+ year old old front and storm doors with new ones. They did an outstanding job! They were very prompt and responsive in providing a quote, which turned out to be really reasonable. They started and finished the job on time and without much mess and cleaned thoroughly after every job. I will definitely hire Rafal again and recommend him for any remodeling project. Sunny Construction is truly a hidden gem in the in the world full of house contractors!

Great work in my powder room. Had brand new tile, vanity, mirror, towel rack put in. Looks very nice. Would use again for more projects.

Rafal with Sunny Construction and Remodeling is definitely a contractor I look forward to working with again on my other home projects. He is a very competent, efficient and a very easy person to work with. He did a great job on my bathroom especially the tile work design that required a more intricate layout and cuts. During the middle of the project I made some changes to the tile design and he was very patient and willing to accomodate those changes unlike some other contractors who gave me a hard time in the past. His pricing is very reasonable and he goes beyond what is indicated on the contract. There are so many other home projects I have on my list to do and I can't wait to have Rafal tackle them.

I had Rafal and Sunny Construction do 2 projects on my house. 1 for a bathroom remodel and 1 smaller job to install some bathroom vent fans. Both projects came out great and I would highly recommend them!

For the bathroom remodel, they took out the old tub and installed a new one and installed porcelain tiles and accents. It looks great and I am very pleased with the outcome!

For the bathroom fans, they installed fans in 2 of my bathrooms and installed ducts in the attic, venting them outside. The fans work very well and I haven't had my bathroom fog up at all since they installed them.

I still have stuff that I want done around my house and I will definitely keep them in mind going forward.
