Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Revdex.com, Yes, I did receive a phone call telling me they say that nothing in their plant could have matched the piece that,was in the bottleI do not believe this to be trueI was there when the drink was opened and while he was drinking itThe piece of rubber or plastic was in the bottle when I purchased it and it made my husband extremely sick Regards, [redacted] ***

I will provide the results of the [redacted] testing/investigation as soon as they are made availableThis could take several weeks for them to be complete with their processThe retrieval package that was obtained by the consumer has been sent to [redacted] via [redacted] for their investigation/testing

We have received the final response from [redacted] who handles our claims and investigates consumer complaints utilizing their lab expertise in Food Safety issuesThey conclude that the object that was received back from Ms [redacted] appeared to be very similar to an eye piece of a microscopeOur production facilities do not use microscopesThe only microscopes that are used in our process are used in our corporate office in OhioWe have been unable to tie this object to anything used or stored in our facilities and as stated in previous communications we have GMP policies and procedures in place to ensure that nothing is to be put into our bottles except what is intended to be bottledAttached is the email from [redacted] along with the pictures that they have taken and included in their investigation [redacted] is not a part of the Sunny Delight Beverages Co., we retain their company for Food Safety issues such as thisWe are very sorry for Ms Tepe's experience as we truly value our consumers satisfaction with our product and will send out a couple of replacement coupons

We are rejecting this because we are not satisfied & we are going to seek legal help

I have made contact with *** *** and had conversations on two occasions with her about this issueWe have reviewed and investigated the piece of rubber material that was sent to us with the Texas plant that this product was manufactured in and we have found that there is nothing in our manufacturing process that even remotely looks like the material that *** has sent usOur filling equipment parts are made of hard plastic and stainless steel with mesh screens and not any rubber materialWe have exhausted all possible avenues within our facilities to try to resolve thisWe have sent a response via *** as well as my personal phone call to review our findings with *** and see has told me that these responses are only lies and wants to know what this is and were it came fromI have asked her what it is that she is looking for to resolve this issue and she stated again that she wants to know what this is and were it came from and also stated she will seek representation if she doesn't get these answersI have contacted *** of Washington DC who we retain to work with consumers for potential claims such as thisI have sent them the piece of rubber that was sent to us from *** *** to review in their lab and try to figure out what this is and also to handle the potential claim with *** *** for resolutionI sent this out on Friday Sept 16, via *** and it is scheduled to arrive to them today Sept19thI will update as progress is made with GMA's process

We want Sunny Delight to find the problem that caused the foreign matter in the bottle so other people are safe. We also want &10,000.00 so you think twice before you ignore customer complaints, from the end of April 2016 and still on going. On May 24th the company [redacted]ed a recovery kit, it was sent back the same day. We have waited and waited for answers and when we called we were told they were looking into it. In Augest, 2016 we were told they ad lost the package, but they found it right after I contacted the Revdex.com.

We are not satisfied because they have answered nothing. They have not been honest or truthful. They will have to try harder to explain how magically a chunk of crap got into the unopened bottle and what do they plan to do about making my husband so sick. They are lucky my husband is stubborn and won't go to a doctor unless something is falling off.
