Review: I spoke to [redacted] the sales person on the phone and he pre approved me for an amount which he had several cars I can choose from. I was convinced to purchase a Kia Forte for 7,499.00 because he told me that it CAME WITH A 100,000 MILE WARRANTY OR 4 YEARS, whichever came first so I went ahead and bought it they asked me a couple of days later to come back in to fill out some more paperwork that was very important, when I got there there was no one to be found so I went back a 3rd time. [redacted] another sales person had me sign some paperwork and said that it was all they needed from me. A couple of hours later they called again to ask me to come back again to sign more paperwork by this time I had a good chance to look over my paperwork and realize that they were charging me a total of 2,000.00 dollars for the service contract and Gap insurance that [redacted] made me believe it came with the car when I spoke with [redacted] he agreed to take off the service contract for not disclosing the cost to me and I also wanted them to take off two 300.00 dollar additional down payments they wanted from me aside from the 1,000.00 dollars I had already put down because I did not want to give the dealership any more money I just wanted to make my car payments to Gold Acceptance who was going to finance the car BUT ENDED UP NOT FINANCING ME. [redacted] wanted me to come in to fill out and sign another sales contract we scheduled an Appt. that I did not attend due to an emergency out of country the night that I returned home my 4 car Tires were slashed completely destroyed and Sunny Hills Auto Sales took the car the following morning and did not report it to the local Police Dept until 2 Hours after they took my car and after I advised them that I was going to report the car stolen. when I spoke with [redacted] I asked him how come they went to the extreme measure of slashing my tires to get the car back he said because they couldn't find me and that none of my references would tell them where I was.Desired Settlement: I want them to give me back my 1,000.00 dollar down payment since they couldn't get me financed the car wasn't officially sold to me that is Why they took the car back with extreme measures I did file a Police Report and an Apology I barely made it to work the morning I woke up and found my car tires slashed. it was uncalled for they could've just asked for the car back Which they never not once asked me to bring the car back.

Response:

Customer bought a car from us on 8/15/2015. Car was sold for 7499 as stated at monthly payments of 273.39 which included the cost of the service contract. Customer signed 4 separate documents showing the additional cost of the service/gap contracts. Including a pre-contract disclosure which outlines all the optional goods and services being purchased. Also noted on the pre-contract disclosure are the monthly payments including and excluding the optional goods and services. Customer even acknowledged that it was a good thing to have the coverage.

Review: I purchase a Dodge Durango on June 9th of this year.On July 11th the vehicle began to blow out smog from the exhaust and it also began to make noises under the hood the ABS light is on.I called them on Sunday July 12th and was told to take the vehicle in on Monday July 13th.On Monday 2 miles away from my home the vehicle completely shut off in the middle of the road two officers help me move the vehicle to a near by gas station where I manage to turn the vehicle back on, it took me two hours to get to the dealer. And once I get there they took the car in they took it to their shop only to come back and tell me it's been 30 days and we can't do anything about it, now I'm stranded an hour away from my house, on a day I have to commute, They send me to a mechanic shop where I had to pay out of my pocket for part of the issue to get fix and so I have no choice but to do so.Sunny Hills did not try to help me at all, the ABS light it's still on this vehicle is a hazard to myself and to my family and also to other drivers.Today July 23 while driving to my job the car in front of me hit the breaks suddenly I also had to hit my breaks when suddenly my vehicle began to spin out of control and so I ended up facing the incoming traffic That God nobody was injured but this infuriates me because of negligence my family, myself or others can be physically injured or even worst.Desired Settlement: I need to commute Mon.-Friday if my vehicle it's going to be in the shop (if this is the case) I would want them to provide a vehicle.

Review: Well long story short I purchased a 2006 Infiniti m35 from sunny hills auto in Fullerton California on 10/8/13 and the car was not in good condition. In the 2 months that I had the car the engine along with 2 tires had to be replaced, I was not able to pay my car note along with the rest of the down payment for the car because I was always replacing things so eventually the car was repossessed in the beginning of December. I moved to Vegas so all of my belongings as well as all of my kids belongings were in my vehicle, clothes, shoes, toys, important documents, basically everything I own. They came and got the car from my house in Las Vegas Nevada and I haven't seen it since. I have contacted sunny hills auto numerous amounts of times in regards to retrieving my property from the car and they give me the run around everytime from saying its illegal for me to touch anything in the car or they tell me they don't know where the car is and it hasn't gotten back to California yet etc etc. They are trying there hardest not to give me any information. Consequently me and my kids have none of our things, no clothes shoes nothing and it's been like this for about 4 months now. I expressed to sunny hills auto that all I want are me and my babies property that's all and they refuse to give me any infotainment on where the car is or how I can get my things. I just recently spoke with an employee at sunny hills auto and he finally gives me a number to a finance company named Gold Acceptance and he told me I should call them because they are financing the car which I did and I gave them my info and guess what? They don't have me in there system at all and they informed me that they do not finance me. I called sunny hills auto back the man I spoke with basically said that the manager "pat" was not in but he would be there in about 15 minutes so he offered to take my info down and have pat call me. Well those 15 minutes went by and no one called so I'm kind of at a dead end sort ofDesired Settlement: All I want is my property out of the vehicle. I know you have a certain amount of time before they dispose of your stuff and it's been 4 months since the car was repossessed so I'm not sure if my stuff hasn't been thrown out yet but I'm trying to stay positive. But all I want is my stuff, if my things have been thrown out then yes I need all of my stuff to be replaced since I've been making an effort to get my stuff from day 1 and sunny hills auto refused to give me any info.
