The manufacturer's production forecast was off by weeks, and the trailer did not arrive within the timeframe in which the
customer was told that the unit would be here
Due to the unfortunate circumstance of the unit not arriving in time, we gladly agreed to cancel the purchase and refund the deposit

The production forecast was off by more like days rather than the weeks that they state, but they did refund my money so I consider this matter resolved

This dealer was terrible - worked with the parts dept(Kim or Kevin) trying to get parts
which after I finally got quotes a couple of months later - still couldn't seem to place my
order - months later I was told by Kevin "I just didn't get it done" and here's is the
number of another dealer - see if they can help you." I then called back, spoke to the
Manager "Jeff" - who listened and will try to get this taken care of He was very
polite and truly concerned for what I have been dealing with

After an unsuccesful visit to our local Roadtrek dealer, for work including the need to run the fridge on Lstarted our trek to western Canada without this facilitySunny Island RV worked us in first on a busy Monday morning-located the faulty electrical connection and had us on our way in a matter of a few hoursBravo - Sunny Island for the courtesy!

I would not recommend this business to buy propertyAfter encountering a problem during closing, I was left to do all the footwork and any attempt for these "professionals" to help me went unansweredAfter almost a year the "deal" is not sealed, I do not have all of my money , and they have sold the property knowing that there were unresolved issuesSome "Solution in Real Estate"! Seller beware!

The staff are very disrespectful and unprofessional. They bring roach infested replacement units(stove, refrigerator). They do not keep up with the properties.

After talking to the Property Manager [redacted] she was very disrespectful and very unprofessional. Its sad that companies would allow this kind of behavior. I pray that this will open some eyes in there department that its no need for that.

This company is as crooked as it gets. The work they do cannot be trusted, they are unethical in their practices, and they cut corners at every turn to avoid spending money and doing things properly. I have zero faith in anything they do and I'm very disappointed that people like this are permitted to operate and take advantage of my local community. Luckily for me, not only do I have a good realtor and great inspectors, but also the common sense to make sure I check and re-check the work they do because if not for those things, I would have been utterly screwed thanks to this company.

Was living in [redacted] Heights when they both them. When we had things that needed to be fixed they said they were to busy to fix things. Or they would send maintenance and they never showed. If you couldn't pay your rent all at once they would make you pay a late fee. If you fall to far behind and have to seek assistance they would not accept it.
