Review: This vendor do not allow us to exchange a light that was not match to the room. My mom who is 74 years old brought the light and paid with cash. However, she found the light was not match to the room and very difficult to set up so she would like to exchange with another light. The [redacted] of the store firmly refused the request.The light itself cost $95 and inaddition he sold my mom 4 bulb $50.Desired Settlement: Refund the money
