Hello, I do not have the women's phone number and therefore, I have been calling the father's number who the reservation was under as he had paid for the roomsUpon check in the father paid for the rooms and because of that the lady's information was delated from the system and replaced with
the father'sWhen I called the number no one answers and I left him a voicemail.The iPad was found in the breakfast area and we were not sure who's it wasWhen she did call my front desk did say that they have it and will send it and to provide us with correct informationI asked for an address to send it to as the one in the system was not her's it was her fathersI also need the credit card number to send her the package and she has not given it to meOnce I get the address and credit card number I can send it as it is not Super responsibility to pay for packages sent to customersThe Fedbex people refuses to send the iPad as it is open I am not sure as to the reasonings and I have been contacting them as well.
