I don't accept this response the manager left me a message talking about my fiancés accountWhich I didn't asked about hers as hers was previously addressedIf he would have read the complaint in full I referenced dates myself and her attempted to pay but were not successful, I also mentioned trying to process the payment online like *** SAID I COULD BUT IT WONT LET ME!! He offered me a settlement of $which includes a $annual feeHowever I have received automated texts stating if I pay the balance then that fee would be waivedWhich with what he is offering we leave me $to payThe problem is they are deducting still monthly without a issue but won't let me workoutSo I'm paying for a membership they are not letting me use and have turned me awaySO REGARDLESSI shouldn't have to pay anythingPlanet Fitness is still charging me monthly for the membership and have been for months and not allowing me to workout.

We apologize that you feel our response wasn't satisfactoryWe have policies in place that were agreed upon by you in writing at the time of getting your membershipWe have already waived any and all service fees on your account.
You will be required to pay the dues you agreed to when you signed up (process outlined in the previous response)To cancel, you will just need to get your account current ($past due) by paying in person, or onlineOnce your account is up to date, you can cancel at any time in person (at the *** Blvdlocation) or via certified mailYou must cancel by the 10th of the month to avoid that month's payment (outlined in your agreement)Our holiday hours are posted on our website.%

I have reviewed your account and attempted to contact you (via phone and left a voicemail). Your account was returned (as previously discussed a few months ago) due to non-sufficient funds for the June 1st, 2014 annual fee ($29) and the June monthly draft ($10). Each of these comes with a $10 return fee, all of which was agreed upon and initialed by you when you signed up (see attached member agreement). We will happily remove the two return fees (already taken care of) in an effort help with your account being compromised, leaving the $39 balance that must be paid to catch up your account before using the facilities at your earliest convenience. 
 
You can pay the $39 in person (cash, check, credit or debit) at the [redacted] Blvd. location or you can mail a check for $39 to be processed when we receive it or you can pay online (this requires you to make an account on our website using your email address provided when you signed up and your member number).

We definitely apologize for any inconvenience caused thus far in trying to resolve this matter. Ms.[redacted] account has been cleared of any balance and the billing has been entered to match the billing used for your account. A copy of the conversion for her account down to a $10/month membership has been attached. 
 
We happily assist in any way possible to fix situations. The General Manager is on site from 9am-7pm Monday-Wednesday, 9am-5pm on Thursday and 9am-4pm on Friday...please don't hesitate to call with any questions.
 
We have contacted Mr. [redacted] and let him know that this issue is completely resolved.

After many weekly phone calls the furniture mfg. co. has finally scheduled a pickup to repair the furniture the week of April 21st 2014.

Review: I had bought a living room suite off of Sunny Side in November 2011. The furniture has a 5 year warranty. The spring has broke on the couch and the recliner is broke, to where you can not put your feet up. I have contacted the store about this 3 times and my wife has called 2. They said that they are waiting on the company to call them, so they can set up a time for us to bring the furniture to the store so they can send it off for repairs. Between me and my wife, I called January, February, twice in March, once in April. They keep giving us the run around. It doesn't take 3 months to set up a time. Your help in the matter would be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: I want it fixed or replace. I spent a lot of money on the furniture, just want it fixed. They should step and do better to help the customer.
