Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
First and foremost, I'd like to make it crystal clear that we are refering to my son [redacted] and his enrollment at Sunny Skies.  My interaction has been soly with Mr. SImon and his siser, Sarah, NOT Mrs Nunez.  She has stated several lies in which I will glady bring to light  Her first lie is when she stated that Sunny skies has policies and procedures in which I am fully aware of and that I was given forms in which I kept"forgetting" to sign.  Complete fabrication for I was not the one who physically enrolled my son, his dad, [redacted] did.  THerefore, I was NEVER given any documents to sign, and certainly, never given any reminders to do so.  Upon speakig with my fiancee, [redacted], Neither was he. So unless Mrs Nunes can furnish documentaion with these policies and procedrues in writing with either my or my fiancess signature, she cannot ASSUME that I was fully aware of such information.  Another fabrication according to mrs. nunez is that I was simply using sunny skies until public school opened and that I wished here servieces were free.  Well my son is Two! I can assure all parties involved (and have the written documentation to prove that) after pulling out my son from sunny skies, he has not entered any othere preschools until I enrolled him elsewhere a month or two ago. Prior to him being accepted at the new location, I called sunny skies [redacted] locatoin and requested that they fax over a copy of his medical records to his new location which they did. Again. I have all documentation to prove this in a court of law if need be. or when need be. And let me note, that even if I had enrolled my son elsewhere, which I did not, that has NOTHING to do with this case. Now I read that she mentioned that I had enrolled another child previously. Again, something that has NOTHING to do with this case, but let me address it anyway.  I enrolled my now 7 year daughter at the [redacted] locaton when she was two back in 2011.  I pulled her out sometime in 2013 because I was pregant with [redacted] and getting ready to go on unpaid maternity leave.  I could no longer afford to keep her there with a new baby on the way and again, unpaid leave.  Whatever polies and procedures that were implmented back then, im sure were in writing with my signature attached.  Funny how initially I intened to enroll [redacted] at that same bourgh park location that my daugter was originally enrolled in only to be informed by the staff that everything has changted and that they are no longer a private location. That they are now public and for me to enroll [redacted], I had to apply, submit proof of income and will be given a reponse in a few weeks. At the time, I didn't have a few weeks to wait. That is what brought me to the [redacted] location. I was told that [redacted] still remained private so he can start immediately. SO with said, she is wrong for assuming that I should be aware of the company's poliies based on how things were over four years ago when my daughter was enrolled.!! Now thats blasphemy!! I was unaware of such policie as far as having to give two weeks notice to recieve reimbursment of final week. And unless she can prove it, by furnishing documention with signatures, she cannot Assume. That will never fly in a court of law. It all boils down to evidence.  Speaking of which, she stated she can subpoena phone records if need be proving that sunny skies responded back.  That is another thing I would love to see.  I would glady volunteer them!! in fact, what will be proven is the numerous outbound calls trying to reach MR. SImon. The ONLY call that was made from sunny skies was one to [redacted] by mr simon stating that mr simon will call back in a few days once he reviews the file only to never have that call returned which is what brought me to make numerous calls to sunny skies asking to speak with mr. simon. Again, another fact phone records will prove. MRs NUnez stated that I am lucky that she didnt sue me for the year, that I wish her services were free, and then she doesn't repond to skeemers and implied that I am a fraud. She stated that I only used them. I can turn around and sue you! Not only for the reimbursement , but for defamation! So if this cannot be resolved, and I do not get a partial refund, then I am more than prepared to go ahead with litigaion.  THank you for putting up your reponse as you did. No need to state that no school on earth reimbureses registration fees. I stated that myslf! Which is why I am requsting a PARTIAL REFUND. With all educaion, your reponse sure relected the opposite.  Five hundred Dollars for a total of 4 days is insane. I want my money back.  And if parents are paying Sunny SKies weekly, why would you incovience parents by closing down the entire location for "employing training"? Why not schedule it on a weekend when your location if closed.  I paid the week and My son was there for 3 days. one of thos days was a holiday, the other day Sunny skies was closed for training. SO if my son only attended one day the following week, why wouldn't sunny skies simply exchage the courtesy since he missed a day that I paid for due to "employee training". Again, I want  my money back. If this cannot be resolved using this platform, I will pursue other avenues including litigation.

Review: I enrolled my two year old son ([redacted]) at Sunny Skies Preschool, [redacted] Location. In order to enroll him, my fiancee and I had to pay a $100 Registration Fee, Plus the first week ($200) and the last week ($200) for a grand total of $500. He sat in Sunny Skies Preschool for 4 days. The first week he only sat for 3 days because one day was a holiday, and the other they chose to close the location and stated they were closed for employee training. He returned the following Monday and then we pulled him out. Both my fiancee and I felt he was not adjusting. They (sunny skies) do not allow you to pack them any food and what ever food they served, my son would not eat. SO with him not eating properly and not adjusting, we decided to pull him out. We have made several attempts to contact the owner (Mr. Simon and Mrs. Nunez) for a refund. MR.Simon keeps saying he needs to both locate and review the file and will get back to us. He never did. Every time I call, he isn't there and I am told that he will return my calls. Which again, he never does. I think paying $500 for 4 days is insane. I am requesting a partial refund. I feel he should be charged for the days he sat in addition to the registration fee which I understand holds his spot. I am requesting that you please look into the matter and have them refund me as soon as possible. MY son is now enrolled at another preschool in which he has quickly adjusted and is doing just fine. Sunny Skies Preschool was able to locate my sons immunization form and faxed it over to his new preschool. Mr. Simone corrected me in saying my son was enrolled for four days as opposed to three which I originally thought. That tells me that he has already located my sons file. SO for him to tell me he needs a few days to locate it and review it is a complete fabrication. I do not see how he feels it is ok to run a business in that manner. Thank you in advance for you help.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a partial refund.
