I spoke with Mr[redacted] the same day and I informed him that the guys were new hires and I acknowledged the complaintI also informed Mr[redacted] that I was deeply sorry and I wanted to compensate him and his poor motherI offered gift cards and took his address down and sent the next dayI was hoping that Mr[redacted] would call and inform me that he received them but I did not, so assuming he got themI had word thru email that Mr[redacted] wrote a company through Revdex.comI was surprised that he did not reach out to me firstI checked my records and I sent to the wrong addressI am willing to resend the gift cards to easy mr***s issues
