This is to confirm that we had some technical issues with our email system which has been fixed, this email address is now confirmed as completely unsubscribed from our marketing emails

In order for us to issue a refund we would need to get the product back, without returning the product we cannot issue a full refundwe did offer a discount which customer denied and insisted on a full refund, but for that we would need to get the item back

Thanks for the information. This order was placed in Novfor a *** *** jacket, we had just ran out of it so we weren’t able to ship it. We kept the order open as we were trying to source it from *** ***, however we have not charged the customers card. In Janwe were
informed that this has been discontinued and the order has therefore been canceled. We normally inform our customers when an item gets discontinued, it could be that this case slipped thru the cracks. My request is not to just have my account set to "unsubscribed", because of system issues like this where customers still end up receiving unwanted marketing.  My request was to have my account permanently deleted.  Or have my email address changed to something else.It is also disappointing that Sunny Sports failed to recognize all of the inconvenience that I have been through over this issue in their reply to the Revdex.com.  I advised their representative that they were having a system issue - but it took a Revdex.com Complaint for the company to act upon it.

Review: I ordered a coat online in November. I received 3 emails staying the order was on back order. I contact them today was was told my order had been cancelled. I was not notified that my order was cancelled.Desired Settlement: I want this to not happen to other customers. I would like them to fulfill my order. I waited 3 months to receive my order. Now the style of coat I wanted are already sold out since winter is almost over. If they are unable to fulfill my order they should give me money to purchase another coat.

Review: I brought a JACKET of Mammut Ultimate Hoody Jacket for Men Large Imperial-Imperial! but I just rescived a BELT in the package! I contect with the customer service about the package! they tell me they can refund when they recive the return package! I sent the package but they don't refund now! I requry the discount for my displace merchandise but they don't agree with my opinion! they never want to take the duty about their mistake!

This accusation is IMPOSSIBLE as I repackaged and mailed off myself including a tracking number via USPS. In December 2012, I received a Christmas gift from a friend who purchased it at sunnysports.com . I returned the item January 2013 and was left with a $59.95 credit to be used in the future. Because it was a credit, they said I would have to call in to do my order. Every time I found the item I wanted when it was on sale, it was only on sale on the weekends so I couldn’t call in as their customer service hours are very limited and closed on weekends. So I held on to the credit for some time as waiting for an item I’d be happy with. Most of the time, the size or color I wanted when I did find something, it was out of stock. Finally on June [redacted] 2014, I found something I was happy with. On June [redacted], I called customer service twice but both times just waited and waited with hold music and no answer. I emailed them later on June [redacted] and [redacted]. told me to call her between 10:00am-6:00pm on June [redacted] and she provided me with the same customer service numbers I already called but added her extension. I called both the 800 number and the local number on June [redacted] and used her extension and both times it said the extension could not be found. I emailed her on June [redacted] and explaining that and she never responded. At this time, I am done being hassled around by sunnysports.com and would like a refund check sent to me for my $59.95 credit.

Review: I ordered a North Face Osito jacket online from this company on 1/**/2016. I called to follow up on the purchase 2/*/2016, only to be told that the item I ordered was discontinued by the manufacturer and the order was canceled. No email notice! I looked on the website and they had the exact same jacket I ordered, I convinced them to give me the same price when I initially ordered. I received the jacket yesterday, not the same jacket that they have listedonline. The color is black and lime green. The photo online is a completely different jacket. I called customer service and was told to send them a picture of the jacket I received. I obliged, even though that is the stupidest question. They told me I would have to wait 1-2 business days. For a decision. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!Desired Settlement: I would like the jacket I ordered. XL TNF Black/Kokomo Green North Face Osito 2 Jacket. Or full refund if this isn't available.

Review: I purchased four items from the company totaling $177.90. Two pairs of TNF Venture Pants large and medium @ $49.95 each, 1 Black Diamond Epic Backpack, and one Marmot Precip Jacket @ 59.95. I returned two of the three purchased the backpack and a pair of pants. Both not opened, sent as sent. There fore my total spent with them was $109.90, my statement reflects charges of $117.95 and $59.95 or $177.90 Therefore I am due a refund of $68.00, they have said they will send me a check for $17.95. Now $49.95 is remaining to be credited to me. I relocated, moved and closed my bank account. I was advised by my banker that any credit to my account would be returned to the creditor. I called the company, they claim I was credited on Feb. [redacted] My bank account was closed on Feb. [redacted]. I have called my bank, US Bank account number [redacted], they claim that refund was returned to the compny on Feb. [redacted]. Neither will agree to do anything further about this issue, I am missing $49.95.Desired Settlement: I would like to see my funds returned to me without hassle.

Review: I purchased an item & decided to return it! Before I returned the item, I did not see the return policy regarding free returns. As I was reading the return policy it states that I Did Not need a return authorization, but yet the policy was from 2012. But then when I called them they said oh yes, you should have called us for the free return shipping authorization! Therefore I emailed & tried to speak to a [redacted] regarding the matter. But every time I asked for the [redacted] the rep, always made excuses on how the [redacted] was away or at lunch or stepped out! So. They refuse to let me talk to the [redacted]! They refuse to refund my shipping fee that I paid for! When I got the email response I was asked to email them my receipt in the amount of my shipping cost which was in the amount of $10.60! I just don't understand why they giving me such a hard time! The Rep failed to mention that holiday purchases have free returns!Desired Settlement: I just want them to acknowledge the fact that their return policy is very deceiving & it should clear.

We do have a “Pressure Free Fit” guarantee for qualifying items that are returned for a size exchange, but this particular order was returned for refund so this return did not qualify for free return shipping.

Tried to use sunnysports "Best price guarantee" and "create your own package" a couple different times. after months no one has ever got back to me.

I can only imagine how frustrating it would be if you had to return something to this place... chance of ever getting your money back is probably around 0%

Review: I placed an order with sunny sports on 1/**/2016 for north face osito jacket. I never recieved it nor did I ever recieve a shipping conformation number. I called suuny sports a week later and a sales rep told me that it may be out of stock and when its avalible they will ship. A week later no email no jacket. I called back on 2/*/2016 and spoke with Cathy J snd she took care of the problem and we resolved it by placing a new order for a different north face osito jacket. She told me I should recive it by feb [redacted] and I also let her know that I t was a birthday gift and the birthday party was actully the same day as it was suppose to arrive at my shipping address. The jacket came and I gave it as a gift not realizing until a few days later that it was not the jacket that I paid for. It was not the same color that Cathy promised that I would recieve. I contacted sunny sports today(2/**/2016) to request a refund because this is the second time they failed me. They told me I would have to return the jacket for a refund but I explained to them it was a gift and I could just go and take it back. They basically told me they could not help me any longer. And they also amitted that it was their fault for not supplying what I ordered. Their website is not updated and gives false merchandise that they don't have in stock. It's very unfair that a customer has to go through this to get something that they paid for and it's not fair.Desired Settlement: They should refund me the total price of the jacket that I paid for that I never got. The total price which was 56.95.
