Review: Fence that was ordered was to be primed (w/rust proofing paint) and finished with 2 coats of paint. At delivery time, fence looked to be in proper condition. After a months, we started to notice rusting on parts of the fence. We call them multiple times to inform them of the problem and finally had to go to the office to get the company come to an examine the fence. They told us that they will come back and correct the issues but never showed up. Now every time I go to office they say they do not understand me. I was able to have a friend that spoke [redacted] speak with them and they said that they are "new" owners and aren't responsible for the actions of the previous owner.Desired Settlement: At this time we are getting quotes to have the fence painted correctly and the desired outcome would be to have the Sunny Stainless Steel company reimburse us for the price of the painting, which was part of the original contract.
