Review: A few weeks ago I had my brand new 45k truck washed there. After I had left I had noticed damage to the floor mat. For safety reasons they now make the floor mats lock in to the floor board. You have to unlock it to remove it and clean it.

Well it appeared the next time I entered the vehicle that they had just pulled it wth force, which ripped the weather mat made out of hard rubber. Completely removing the locking mechanism. This causes safety issues as now the floor mat slides up under the gas and brake pedal.

I called the same day as soon as I noticed it. The manager said they were getting ready to close and said to talk to the manager in the morning ( [redacted] ) .

I showed up first thing in the morning and spoke with [redacted] the manager. Who was upset that the previous manager didn't investigate the problem. When I showed up I brought in a invoice of the price of replacement of the floor mat [redacted] the manager said thst he would let the owners know of the problem as well as get the floor mats ordered for me. This has been weeks now, haven't heard from anyone, and I have went and bought the floor mat and replaced it myself for safety concerns.

Problem is they said they'd fix it. And then just left me hanging. This was a 3 day old truck when I took it in there. It had 78 miles on it.Desired Settlement: Complete replacement cost from dealer which I had to get them from.

Review: My car was damaged at the auto spa on 5/29/13. I have my copy of the claim report. They wanted me to use a mobile bodyshop recommended by them. I obtained a second opinion at [redacted] and was told that painting outside would not give optimal results due to extreme temps and wind blowing. I contacted auto spa that I wanted repair done at [redacted]. I gave [redacted] auto spa number and [redacted] name (assistant manager who was on duty at time of incident and who I spoke with about repair.) I made numerous calls to get this resolved. I felt like I was having to push and nothing was being done. I felt that even though they agreed to pay $450.00 ([redacted] estimate), that they were angry I had not used who they recommended. My car was repaired week of 7/22/13. I spoke to [redacted] on 7/29 and he was to call [redacted] to send them payment. I called [redacted] and told them to expect call and payment. I received call this morning from [redacted] that they have not received payment. I called auto spa and talked to Gus. I explained situation and my anger and that I was filing a complaint. I asked that [redacted] or auto spa owner to call me. I have not recieved a call.*Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] paid $450.00 for repair to my car. I want apology from OWNER of auto spa along with explanation of why this took so long and was so difficult to resolve.

Review: They broke my mirror off my car and told me they would fix it 7 months later even after follow up it is still not fixed and they haven't even called me to try and fix it after a month ago I went back to find out what was going on and the manager said it would be fixed the following week .Desired Settlement: Fix my side mirror please . some one dropped the ball on this one

Yes there was a damage claim as Mr. [redacted] states in his complaint. After the claim was taken the paperwork was misplaced. We had no way of contacting Mr. [redacted] to get vehicle VIN due to the misplaced or lost paperwork for this claim. When he returned we did order the mirror and have it installed for him. We are very sorry for the inconvenience in this matter.
