This is in response to the complaint from *** ***.We have attached pictures to our response to show the "wall" in questionWe indeed had a conversation with Mrs *** as we paved her neighbors drivewayMrs *** asked us for a quote for a new wall and we gave her a verbal price
Witnessed by our workers who can support this, Mrs *** gave permission to remove the rocks that were loosely overhanging and laying on our costumers old driveway She gave permission to take the rocks to a dump siteWe would not remove anything unless permission was givenAs you can clearly see on the before picture we are talking about a small section of a very broken up river rock wall that had weeds growing over and through itThere were no more words said about this until a month later when Mrs *** called us to see if we still had some of the rocks but unfortunately they are at a dump site and not retrievableThen she started calling us changing her story and nothing short of harassing us to get us to replace the wall with a new oneEnough is enoughOur pictures speak for itselfOur witnesses will testify if they have toA complaint at the Revdex.com will not get you free wallsThis complaint is highly unjustifiedThere will be no settlement.Claudia ***SeBlacktop

This is in response to the complaint from [redacted].The day [redacted] had work performed was on 2. June which was a Friday. She filed the complaint the following Monday June 5th. We contacted her within hours of the complaint being filed. We have resolved the complaint over the phone with [redacted]...

[redacted].There was extra work added by the customer to the existing quote which resulted in a higher charge and which was signed off by the customer. Our credit card system had a change that week which put the [redacted] acceptance on hold for a week. It has since been reinstated and we accept all major credit cards including [redacted]. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this. We were not aware of the problem until we were supposed to run her card. We apologize furthermore for any miss understandings we have caused that day. We have offered a $50+tax refund which was accepted by [redacted]. We also have offered to come out for a service call of no charge.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  On 11/16, they repaved the bad areas of the driveway and I am satisfied with the results. Therefore, I feel the complaint has been resolved.

We completed paving this driveway in June 2015. Within a week of completion the customer raised some concerns about some small areas holding a little water. We addressed the issue within a few days of them calling us. We added more blacktop to the areas the customer pointed out at no charge. The...

customer signed a service agreement that we adressed the areas to their full satisfaction. We left off with plans to seal the driveway the following year. We have not heard from them until this complaint almost a year later. There were no phone calls, emails or any attempts to contact us. Thats why this complaint seems not  justified. We have not pressured anybody into spending more money during the work performed. As a matter of fact they approached us to just pave the whole driveway during the work process. Obviously it is up to the customer to decide. Down payments are common and recommended by the Revdex.com. If there were any concerns after they signed that they were satisified, why did they not address this with us and wait until almost a year later?! The complaint and motive is very questionable. The customer was also advised to remove some overburden of grass surrounding their driveway. A drain was recommended but they never installed one. The neighbor nearby gave us a check that was no good. He broke his basketball hoop and tried to blame us for it. It has nothing to do with our work we performed. The neighbor currently has a mechanics lien on his property and is only trying to reduce his settlement amount. We already settled this complaint almost a year ago.We have a great A+ record and perform a lot of paving and sealcoating work throughout the whole city. Our customers are always treated fairly and we care a lot about our work.                 Our repeat customer base  speaks for itself.

Picture enclosed of tar peeling up in different locations. Spoke to business on June 14 to repair work that is still sticking to shoes after 2 weeks.  Company agreed to come inspect the driveway again. I've agreed to settlement and after any repairs are finished, I would like no further contact from this company. I will more than likely have to get a different company to redo the entire driveway. Regards,
