We completed paving this driveway in June Within a week of completion the customer raised some concerns about some small areas holding a little waterWe addressed the issue within a few days of them calling usWe added more blacktop to the areas the customer pointed out at no chargeThe customer signed a service agreement that we adressed the areas to their full satisfactionWe left off with plans to seal the driveway the following yearWe have not heard from them until this complaint almost a year laterThere were no phone calls, emails or any attempts to contact usThats why this complaint seems not justifiedWe have not pressured anybody into spending more money during the work performedAs a matter of fact they approached us to just pave the whole driveway during the work processObviously it is up to the customer to decideDown payments are common and recommended by the Revdex.comIf there were any concerns after they signed that they were satisified, why did they not address this with us and wait until almost a year later?! The complaint and motive is very questionableThe customer was also advised to remove some overburden of grass surrounding their drivewayA drain was recommended but they never installed oneThe neighbor nearby gave us a check that was no goodHe broke his basketball hoop and tried to blame us for itIt has nothing to do with our work we performedThe neighbor currently has a mechanics lien on his property and is only trying to reduce his settlement amountWe already settled this complaint almost a year ago.We have a great A+ record and perform a lot of paving and sealcoating work throughout the whole cityOur customers are always treated fairly and we care a lot about our work Our repeat customer base speaks for itself
