any course of treatment for any petMrF brought his sick pet seeking treatment because he was concerned about his pet's healthOur doctor examined his pet and discussed all of Mr F's concernsHe was given options for treatment for all of the concerns he related to us, he selected and authorized the treatments he was willing to pursue and our doctors and staff performed those treatments in the hopes of helping his pet become better controlled on insulin and thus live a happier and healthier lifeMrF then refused the Dr's advice
MrF became obsessed with the fact that his dog vomited during the blood glucose testHe refused to listen to any discussion on why the results were still usable to attempt to get his pet under controlHe focused on the individual tests done post vomiting, and demanded a credit prior to any discussion of his pet's healthOur doctor attempted to explain to him over several encounters, both in person, and on the phone why the results were valid and usable, but MrF only wanted to force a credit for the testsThe Doctor is confident that she made a medically appropriate recommendation and followed established standards of careWe encouraged him to seek a second opinion
MrF feels entitled to free service because he has spent money on another pet in the pastHis pet exhibits fearful and aggressive behavior which is not controllable in the clinical settingSedation was not offered or discussed because the doctor felt that sedation would be dangerous for an unregulated diabetic patient
Clearly, MrF has a poor view of all professionals as he includes his feelings about dentists, doctors, veterinarians and lawyers in the above complaintAll of his interactions with my doctors and staff were clouded by his attitude, making him unresponsive to any advice that he had already decided was part of some scam to separate him from his money
After we told him that we could not agree about what was best for his pet and that he would need to seek care elsewhere, MrF became verbally abusive and threateningThis was the only point at which our doctor talked over him to tell him that we would transfer his records to the veterinarian of his choiceAt this point his abuse escalated to threats and the call was endedOur doctor felt physically threatened by MrF and felt it necessary to warn staff to be wary of any future interactions with MrF
This problem occurred because of MrF's unwarranted distrust of all professionalsWe performed an authorized treatment that provided meaningful informationMrF's refusal to accept the professional advice reflects his world view but does not invalidate the tests or the skills required to obtain and interpret the tests

The doctor at Sunnymead animal is clearly not trained very well and has poor people skillsSince I took my pet to a new vet my dog improved greatly and she needed a percent increase in insulin and was switched to human insulin since the FDA has better control of human insulinAfter increases increase in insulin shrimp has become a new dog and now is finally living comfortable lifeI purchase a insulin test kit for use at homeMy dog insulin level were at XXX - XXX while under the care of Sunnymead animal hospitalShe clearly over charge for testing and never had a handle on my dogs diabetesThe new doctor lets me do one test a week at home and had to increased the dose every week for the last four weeksIt's clear that the doctor at Summymead animal is only interested in making money and not the health of my animalNone of my animals will ever go there again and I will ensure all my friends and neighbors will know of her corruption and her lack of caring for animal and also her greedI will see her in court because of the her gross negligence and suffering that she put my animals intoPlease post this letter for other animal owners to avoid this doctor and her officeHer response to my claim make no sense to her bad doctoring skills and her trying to always over talk the animal owner
