the moment of sale the car had 121,757 miles. He financed the vehicle. On 4/22/2016 he called in stating his transmission failed. Prior to this call, he told one of his friends who also works for our company, that the night before transmission went, he ([redacted]) gave the car to someone else.     Our company has a strict policy of inspecting and repairing all the cars before delivered to the customer; and this particular car has been inspected and had no transmission issues whatsoever. We as a dealership can't be responsible for negligent operation of the vehicle that causes failure of major parts of the automobile. Moreover, the warranty coverage was provided for one month since the purchase date (Lemon Law) and ended on 4/18/2016.     [redacted] was asking for help as he just purchased a vehicle a moth ago and didn't have any more money to fix it. We offered him to buy a warranty that can cover transmission repair. [redacted] weren't able to pay for the warranty in full and was offered to do a no-interest payment plan. He agreed and paid $260.00 down while the rest of the cost of the contract was divided to 12 payments of $66.88 that were deducted from [redacted]'s bank account every month by the warranty company.     [redacted] brought the vehicle for repairs to the repair shop of his choice that wasn't our dealership shop. Standard procedure of the warranty claim is: a mechanic shop should call the warranty company to initiate the claim and schedule a time for inspector from the warranty company to come out and inspect the vehicle to decide whether claim should be satisfied or not. Only after the claim is approved by the warranty company, the repair facility can perform the job.  The mechanic shop failed to follow that procedure and replaced the transmission without warranty approval, hence, the warranty company refused to pay. We don't know whether that was the fault of the mechanic shop that didn't follow the warranty claim procedure or the customer who created miscommunication with mechanic shop when dropping the car off for repairs. Trying to resolve the issue, I went forward and call the warranty company, but, unfortunately, the warranty company couldn't help with that case.     I was very surprised and upset when afterwards we started to receive complaints and threats from [redacted], because from the day one we tried to help him to resolve the problem he encountered with the least money loss possible. [redacted]Sunny's Auto Sales [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]Our Inventory at
