The payment came out on 2/4/on a previously authorized account.We were notified on 2/6/that the car is going to be a repossessionIn spite of this, we are currently talking with [redacted]? to resolve this

I am rejecting this response because:As I stated. There was no accident. The damage was caused by the wrong engine being put in the vehicle.There never was a incident or accident. The car was barely driven because it was in such a bad state.

December 14, 2017Dear [redacted]:As [redacted] was told multiple times since the first day he telephoned in his "claim" on the accident, in which he states someone hit him...1) [redacted] has yet to supply us with the police report showing he is not at fault2)[redacted] has not supplied us with the other drivers information, who supposedly hit himNothing further can be done without this information. The same women keeps calling us. We cannot and will not release any information to her. When she does call she is very rude and abusive, in spite of the fact our calls can be recorded as our incoming phone message clearly states.We have yet to be able to speak with the customer.We have all the information we need, IF the customer will phone and ask for Brian in customer service... we can then verify his identity with some questions.Quite frankly, its starting to sound like a scam or ID theft issue. Due to that issue we will not mail any documents until we can verify and speak with the customer. Note to Revdex.com...I will not be responding any further to this customer complaint unless I have confirmation from my office that he has called and spoken to us.

Customer called our office on March 2, 2017 to say that  her heat is not working- We advised her to  bring it in or tow in if necessary.  The vehicle was on our lot on March  6th, 2017 with a puddle of oil  under it .  Upon inspection  we found the...

oil pan was damaged from an impact that caused a large hole. All the oil had dripped out.  We informed the customer  that this is an issue for their insurance ( collision  damage) and is not covered by our warranty. I've called millions of times! I have witnesses! This is just crazy! I've talked to numerous people, Dan, Brian, etc. I don't know what else I'm supposed to do! If you're gonna just never make a record of me calling, what is the POINT?

Since receiving this complaint we have tried on multiple occasions to reach the customer to try to see what the issues are.We have received no returned calls or emails. We also have no notes in the file of her ever contacting us about a service issue.We would like to try to resolve it, but without...

I called t tow truck because they made me this car is not even 30 days old yet then I got ahold of the tow company and they said there is no way that the tow truck could of poked holes under the frame there were also 4 ppl here who saw that's there was no hole before it left to go up there how am I responsible for something that is just impossible to do I called because it was leaking antifreeze not oil they tell me I did it there is no way it happened after it got up there

The vehicle arrived by tow truck, undriveable. It arrived with significant collision damage to the oil pan causing it to lose all the fluid.We sent her pictures.It will be covered by her insurance company, if she chooses to submit the claim.If she had submitted, the insurance claim would have fixed this already and she would have her car back and be driving it. I fail to understand why she is not submitting this.We are not responsible, for the damage she inflicted on her own vehicle and the repair of same.Sorry to repeat myself, but this is all I can say.

Based on the complaint, we contacted the customer and agreed to recontract her so that her payments match up more closely to her paycheck periods.This should be accomplished in a few days.
