Ok, so here's my storyTook my cadillac cts-v in today for an oil change and coolant changeI've taken my wife's car here for an oil change before and it was a fine experienceToday, I dropped off my car at ampicked it up at noon and was told that while doing a "test drive" chris had the low tire warning lite come on for the left rear tire(fairly new eatires)He checked the tire and it looked fine so they told me that the tire sensor was badI paid for the service and leftDrove to discount tire right away (about mile away)Discount tire looked at the left rear tire and it was fine BUT the right rear tire was completely flatAll sensors were good (contrary to what sunnyside had told me)Tire was ruined and Discount tire told me that the car would have HAD to be driven alot more than mile (the distance I drove it after picking it up) to explain the 1/cups of powdered rubber inside the tireI called sunnyside, obviously upset (wouldn't you be ?) and they were VERY defensive and are obviously never accepting the possibility of ANY wrongdoingI have no reason to doubt that they did a fine job servicing my car but the fact that the car developed a flat tire on their test drive and failed to diagnose it correctly, continuing to drive it with a flat tire is now costing me $300.00.Discount tire said that the left sensor was in the right tire and vice versa, which explains why the DIC showed the wrong tire as flatBesides that, after both chris and his mom yelled at me on the phone, chris hung up and told me to never come backNow THATS customer service !!!
