The finished product (My new shower) is very nice and the people working for them are very nice, but their Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired I could never pin Steve down on a start date I told him I needed to know the day before to cover our bedroom furniture up He only gave us an hour's notice to get readyThis was nearly two months after we'd given them a lot of money They demolished the old shower and dumped the tile in the back yard and demanded a lot more money which we did give them, because they don't "play around" , they said At this point we had paid 90% of the job The job was supposed to take working daysThey worked for days and left on Thursday and didn't show up on Friday There were several pieces of tile missing and no grout We tried to call Steve, but our calls only went to Voice mail until my husband parked outside his office until he came in At this point I think he ordered the missing tile They still didn't show up until Thursday to finishand I had to beg Steve and Daniel to please finish I have a very bad back and have been undergoing Physical Therapy, and couldn't even sleep on my new mattress as we kept our furniture covered up hoping they'd show up We were at their mercy, not knowing where to get the missing pieces to get someone else to complete it Their only phone is Steve's cell so there is no way to know what is going on, We had already contacted someone else to complete the job, which would have cost us a lot more than the 10% left to pay Their contract is very misleading, and I'm used to reading contracts The worst day was when Steve told my husband there were two guys on their way out with a truck, and no one showed up, They had most of our money and didn't care if they ever finished the job I could never recommend them

would not recommend to friend nor enemy. walked out on job while only half completed.

The owner of this company was extremely nice to us, agreed to complete the project in two weeks and agreed to finance the project as he was willing to wait for the payment from the insurance company. He verbalized this in front of the insurance personnel (insurance agent, insurance adjuster and supervisor from Phoenix). He also told us that if we fail to give him the $500 deductible - there is no contract. After the contract was signed and check issued , the owner had a 360 degrees change of attitude. The owner completed the work after 28 days and not 14 days as promised. We purchased the grout for him to use (gave it to him for free because he refused to allow us to choose our own grout and only agreed when we told him we will give it to him for free and we will seek legal and assistance and we also gave him free stain to restore the cabinets that he billed and charged the insurance. He refused to give us dates as to when the tiles will arrive but gave the insurance adjuster information and he refused to give us dates of completion but communicated to the insurance.adjuster. He told the insurance adjuster we never paid him which we did as we have the check of $ 500 cashed by him. On the day he turned the house over to us, the walls had a 2-tone color - the painter was told not to paint the top part of the wall close to the ceiling, the baseboards were painted without covering the holes drilled on the wall, the old toilet bowl was put back despite the instruction that the new ones will be used, he returned broken vanity fixtures (three sets - all broken) from the old sinks since we told him we will purchase new ones so his he has no chance to rebuild the old ones which he charged for so we had to buy new faucets for the sink, he charged for numerous items which his company failed to do and when we requested him to deduct that amount of from the contracted amount - he threatened us that he will speak to his lawyer and said that the scope of work was not his ( the scope of work he gave the insurance company). He was difficult, likes to challenge clients, refused to answer questions, accuses you that you are rude and yelling at him whenever you ask for the date of completion and refused to meet us half way to sign documents as he said he will charge like Lowe's $ 50.00 for a house visit. He showed no consideration, respect nor goodwill during the work renovation of our home towards us. We felt mistreated and discriminated by this contractor.
