Sunnyside Softwater Service

Review: Back in August 2012 we had a flood in our basement. The flood was caused by the water softner discharge line, it came undone. Sunnyside Soft Water came and repaired the broken line two weeks later. At that time we asked Sunnyside Soft Water to fix the damages to our home that were caused by the flood, they were unwilling to work with us. We then contacted our homeowners insurance and they would not cover the damage stating that the damage was clearly caused from the soft water unit and they would not be able to cover it. We have made multiple attemps to get this matter resolved with Sunnyside Soft Water with no success. The damage is extraordinary and we need it taken care of ASAP. My husband has pulmonary disease and we are both suffering from the growing mold. I contacted L&I to file a complaint agaist Sunnyside Soft Water's ([redacted] - owner) bond only to find out he is not bonded. Thank you.Desired Settlement: We need the basement carpet,walls and ect. replaced.
