We have been living here for 2 years. The old property manager *** was nice and when things went wrong she would made sure it got fixed. Now we have a new property manager who ALWAYS gets smart and tell us everything that was told to us when we brought the house basically isnt true. Its a pipe broke they wont fix it. We were told that buyin this house was a 5 year warranty which we have the messages. Every year now they go up on the rent sayin its for maintinece which they dont want to help with anything. Now all she say smartly is take it up with corporate. Which at this point we might just need a lawyer.
