Review: On May 2, I used my debit card inside the subject store to purchase $25.00 of gas. When I finished pumping gas, my car only took $18.29. Pump said to go inside to get my change. Usually, have no problem with this, change has always been returned when I went back inside. This time when I returned inside, I was informed by [redacted] that it would be credited back to my bank account. When I got home, I checked my bank account and I was charged $25.00. I made a copy of my on-line bank statement and took that along with my receipts back up to the store to get my refund. [redacted] was gone and I was informed by [redacted] that they could not give any change back anymore, that she did not know how long it took [redacted] to credit my account. I said, I will return in one week if I do not get a credit on my bank account. As of May 9, there was no credit to my bank account. I returned to the store on May 9, with the copy of each one of my receipts and a copy of my on-line bank statement for May 2 and May 8. Spoke with [redacted] and she made a copy of all my documents and gave her my cell and home telephone number. She said that [redacted] would have to call the corporate office on Monday about this matter. As of today, I have not received any telephone call from anyone regarding this matter. I got gas at the store today, but used my debit card at the pump instead of going inside to prepay. I did go in and check with [redacted] to see if this matter could be resolved today and she said they were working it. How long does this take? I have made unnecessary trips to the store to check on this matter. I just want my money back. I should not have to wait several weeks for this to be resolved if they are doing anything at all.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my $6.71 refunded to me immediately. Also, would like to be compensated for my trips to the store to inquire about this matter. I tried to call them on May 2, but their telephone number is not listed, even tried through information and wasted $.75 because they could not find their number either. When I spoke with [redacted] on May 9, I mentioned this to her and she said their number had been changed, but did not offer their new telephone number.
