To whom this may concern, We received a letter in regards to a complaint that [redacted] filed against [redacted].  We are under new management and ownership. Unfortunately, we were unable to prove that [redacted] was approved by previous management...

to move in. With that being said, once we reviewed her application, we went ahead and screened her, to make sure she qualified by meeting our criteria, however that didn't happen. We informed her and given the fact that all moneys were deposited in the bank, we couldn't return her money in the original form of payment, but we did issue a refund check in the same amount.
