I am rejecting this response because: inaccurate informationAll levels of gas were empty, not just regular, and every time I went to go redo the sale, to purchase the higher octane, that was out tooIf you truly want to please your customers, put
signs up when you are out of gas, and have the night manager put down the broom to do thisIt's as if you are not wanting to lose sales, which is why no signHowever what you are doing instead is losing customers all togetherI have shared my experience on *** as I told the manager I wouldHis response to this was "That's ok because our customers know we are good"How arrogant! Your night manager needs to learn better respect towards the customer. I was also told by the night manager that the points could not be refundedNor was any other offer made to me for my troublesI would have certainly accepted some sort of retribution.
