on 6/23/received notification of a lawsuit pending over a bill which was paid years agoFurthermore, the statue of limitations of the debt run outthe debt involves [redacted] credit card on 6/30/received another phone call, talked to Christopher J., he could not tell me where his company bought the debt from I researched his number on internet ###-###-####, there is a listing of complaints about this numberFurthermore, this is my wife's debt and we have not heard from anyone in several years

Regards:In response to customer replies,The overheating problem and the [redacted] Full synthetic oil change are not parts of the safety and emission requirements.the driver's seat was required .seat was fixed and the amount of labor that was charged was not only for seat but also covered replacing thermostat,ECT sensor and flush and refill coolant system.he is asking for full refund while he never came back to location and complained.All I could do for him now is to help him recheck overheating problem(if still exist) and go from there.Regards [redacted] ***

My car broke down on my way home at 1:45 am.
I asked the employee to help me with a jump start. he immediately got me booster pack for the battery.
My car didn't start up and I left my car on their lot and left my phone number. the repair shop opened in the morning, fixed my car and treated me with really good

To Whom It May Concern:Mr [redacted] came in for ** Inspection .during the course of inspection,vehicle was kept running for a short while.after doing the Inspection antifreeze/coolant was seen dripping from overflow area.Thermostat was stuck closed and fan was not running.Also driver's seat was shaking...

and not stable.We suggested changing the Thermostat,coolant sensor which gives signals to Radiator fan.plus welding seat supports which includes removing seat from vehicle(power seat)..We were given ok for the work.Customer requested an additional  full synthetic Mobil1 oil change as well.work was performed and Invoice # [redacted] was handed to customer including Mobil1 Full synthetic oil change,replace thermostat and Gasket,engine coolant temperature sensor,flush cooling system,refill with new antifreeze/coolant,and weld driver's  seat supports ,including remove seat from vehicle weld support (using Mig welder) and re-install.all this work came to 280.47 dollars(parts,labor and taxes,fees).Customer never came back and complained that vehicle was still overheating,eventhough he knew it was overheating before he brought it for inspection because the car overheated during the duration of Inspection which was only 25 minutes.After performing repairs,vehicle was left running for over an hour,watched the radiator fan kicked on,on time and overheating problem was noticed after that.

At 9: 35pm january 9th 2018 I went to the sunoco gas station on highway 52 in goose creek, south carolina 29445 to buy some lottary tickets and 4. Packs of cigarettes and a large bag of ice. I put my money on the counter while casier was getting my cigarettes and lottary tickets. The young lady or the cashier comes back and tells that I am very rude person for putting my money on the countert while I was waiting her to do her job. She had a very bad attitude and was very rude. I did go to the register that sales lottary tickets where she was hanging with her friends. When I did arrive she and her friend was eating nachos and cheese with another man on the counter. They did move so I could buy everything I needed and all three of them gave me a dirty look. I guess I must of busted up their party. The floor was nasty and needed to be clean and trash cans outside the store was full of trash. Maybe someone will call the health department. I did spend about 30 dollars and I had to put up to rude girl who was trying to entertain her friends.

Gas attendant put $12.00 of gas on the wrong pump.2. Manager refuse to refund my money.3. Gas attendant then put $10.00 of gas on the right pump this time.4. Unknown person went off with the gas that I paid for.5. Gas attendant charge me $22.00 and my card, but I only had $10.00 of gas in my gas tank.6. Gas attendant did get the license plate number of the other car, still refuse to refund me my money. I want my refund. Pump 1 was the right pump. Pump 2 was the wrong pump. Manager and gas attendant refuse to refund my $12.00 for putting it in the wrong pump. I want my money back. Desired Settlement: Refund of money for gas not received. Refund of $12.00 the gas station put on the wrong pump.

Review: On 5/11/2014 I was at the gas station at the above mentioned address and I told the attendant $25.00 on pump 5 and he asked me again and I said the gold toyota corolla I don't know the pump number exactly. The attendant [redacted] said Ok and proceed to put the gas on pump five with no car present. The attendant [redacted] stated that it was his second day on the job and he made a mistake. He should have been assisted by A more experienced person before assisting customers. Regardless, I tried to pump on pump six after telling him I was at pump six several times and he would not allow me to. I spoke with [redacted] who was the other attendant and she stated that they were not allowed to give refunds or gas. She was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. She would,not provide me with any information as to how I could go about getting a refund or gas in the vehicle. She then made me fill out an incident report and told me to call her manager and the main sunoco number tomorrow. She called the manager [redacted] and she told the gas attendant [redacted] to tell me to that it will be addressed tomorrow but nothing could be done. All I want is a refund or a gas card in the form of 25 dollars. I paid cash and also purchased gum and water. Please contact me at [redacted] so that we can a dress this issue head on. Otherwise I will have to take this issue up with the main head quarters and take legal action. In the meantime, I will contact [redacted] to see what can be done as well. I was very dissatisfied with the way I was treated at this a-plus by [redacted].

On 5/12/2014, I spoke with [redacted] who stated that their policy was that they were not allowed to refund money if a customer told the attendant the wrong pump number. She then stated that she would run through the tapes to verify my story and go from there. She directed me to call the 1-800-Sunoco 1 number for more information about hoe I could go about getting a refund. I call the main 1-800 number and was told that the actual store I made the purchase in was allowed to give the refund. I then contacted Ms. [redacted] and she stated that she would run through the tapes by the end of the day, but did not see any reason as to why I should get a refund. She was very rude and unhelpful.

I am a customer of their store and giving them bu business and I can not get the the proper customer satisfaction of a refund or the amount of gas that someone STOLE from me.

I paid cash for the transaction and was not provided with a receipt by the inexperienced gas attendant

I took pictures of the had written policy that the store posted in a discreet location along with pictures of my car location and pump number where I was located.

The numbers are very small stickers that are poorly places on the gas machine for customers to see.Desired Settlement: I would like a cash or gift card( gas card) refund for the amount in which I paid ($25.00) and a written policy of this locations gas pump policy if it even exists.

I am writing you to give you are side of the story for complaint # [redacted]. [redacted] came in to the station telling the person behind the counter she was on pump 5. Per the customers request the cashier put her gas on pump 5. While standing at pump 6 for a few minute [redacted] realized she told the cashier the wrong pump # . In the mean time someone had pulled up to pump 5 and pumped her 25 in gas. We have signs posted (customer must know pump number). I am sending two picture of the signs that we have posted.
