Review: My fiance and I where just at the sunoco store # 212 in Donegal PA. My fiance was there getting gas when he got sprayed in the face and stomach with gas (this was pump number 3). His shirt was soaked in gas. When he first went over to tell the pump attendant, Nick (last name not sure of) who happened to be standing out side smoking a cigarette at the time, he blew it off threw his cigarette and went in side. My fiance pulled up to the next pump and got his gas. After he was done he went over to Nick again who was smoking another cigarette to ask if he shut the pump off and explained it needs to be shut of so someone doesn't get sprayed again. Nick then said what the [redacted] do you want me to do that is not my responsibility, you need to ask me nicely. Then continued to yell and use profanity. We asked Nick for the store managers number and he gave us a number, and we where told her name is Julie. We have called this number multiple times and no one answered, and there isn't a recording to leave a message. The way we where treated by this pump attendant was totally uncalled for. My fiance wanted him to take care this issue so no one else would get hurt. Why does someone have to ask politely for safety? My fiance's face and stomach is now burning (not to mention it ruined his clothing). After we left we stopped at out local fire department to see of they could do anything. They said they would stop by to talk to him, what would we have done of we where traveling a far distance? Nick was completely unprofessional, the language he used and how he handled the situation, and not to mention when I asked him to clean the mess up since he was smoking a cigarette out side and he could cause a fire, he blew it off as swore at me, we feel very strongly that this employee needs to be removed from his position, if he thinks that its not his responsabilty for dealing with flamable liquids, or the safty of his customers then he is not suitable for the job. We where completely disrespected.Desired Settlement: This is a safety issue. Something needs to be done with the employee.
