I am rejecting this response because: Jeep malfunctions for months starting March to February Jeep vehicle inherent flawed malfunction are now part of vehicles mechanical and electronic motive power problems and complaints Reference: (2) Two alarming and dangerous *** TRANSAXLE WIRE HARNESS IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL NOTICES #S55*** 16V-remedy parts were not forthcoming for months March 29, to November 17, Manahawkin service repair invoice #*** reflects final#Sremedy parts installed Consequently, *** Corp and their exclusive Chrysler Distributors breached "specific performance" of recall and warranty contracts A written complaint was made to the *** *** *** *** *** (***) *** complaint #*** December 13, This complaint was made the (***,) who required *** to issue recalls, primarily because *** Corp did not meet proper installation requirements of the remedy parts relating to dangerous Recall notices, in a timely manner

Upon receiving your letter, our Territory Manager was advised of your report, and your concerns have been forwarded to [redacted] Sales, the distributor office that services this station. In an effort to prevent similar situations from being repeated in the future, site level counseling has been administered. In addition, the equipment at the facility has been checked to make certain it is operating correctly.It is our understanding that Michael L[redacted] Sales Representative, has reached out to you directly by phone, and settled your dispute. Per your conversation with Michael L[redacted], a refund in the amount of $8.50 has been sent to the mailing address you provided to serve as reimbursement for the transaction that occurred on 1/29/2016.As a thank you for notifying us of your experience and for the inconvenience you felt during your visit, we would like to offer you a gift card valued at $25.00 which may be used at any Sunoco retail site for fuel, merchandise, or services.Thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention, and helping us maintain our business standard. The dealership went above and beyond in their resolution of my issues. They turned a very upset customer into a sure customer for years to come. The salesperson Justin and manager Blaise were extremely apologetic, understanding and more than happy to fix the issues immediately.Thank you.

Please refer back to our original response. All of Mr [redacted]'s service visits to our service department were for regular maintenance only or for regular maintenance along with a manufacturer's recall was was completed most times while he waited for the vehicle. Again, we have no record of Mr [redacted] saying he had a performance or safety issue with his vehicle.

Ms [redacted] brought her vehicle to our dealership to have an oil change performed and she had a concern of the air conditioning taking too ong to get cold. She was advised there would be a charge to diagnose the a/c system. She declined to have any diagnosis or repairs performed on the system at that...

time. She paid $19.96 for the oil change service. There were no charges for the air conditioning and we did not perform any diagnostic or repairs towards her air conditioning concerns. I left a phone message with Ms [redacted] on the following Monday or Tuesday to call me, call was never returned. Whatever caused her condensor to leak was not a result of an oil change performed at our shop.

After reviewing the Manhawkin CDJR service file for Mr [redacted]'s 2014 Jeep Cherokee, I do not find any instance where his vehicle was towed to our dealership's service department. All of his service visits were completed while he waited or within 24 hours ofdropping off his vehicle. There are no...

complaints of the vehicle operating improperly or noted complaints of safety concerns. His service visits consisted of routine maintenance and if any recalls were due they were completed at that time.
