I received an email from SunPoint that they could make a few changes to our website to make it more appealing to customers. I scheduled a time to discuss this in more detail. During the call, it became apparent that it would take not just a few moments but perhaps 25 hours of time to determine appropriate steps. I agreed and said that it might be better if they looked at our new platform we are working on and would provide login info. He kept talking about my existing catalog and when I said I didn't want to change the current catalog but was open to the new, he hung up on me. I find that very unprofessional. If this happens in the courting stage, I wonder what would happen if I was a customer and he got upset or frustrated.

This company uses unsolicited email, aka SPAM to promote their business. No legitimate business does that. In addition, the boilerplate email they send falsely claims they have reviewed your web site and have specific suggestions for improvement. It's all untrue.
