this was a great company to purchase from...I purchased a full kit from them about 12 years ago, 12' by 18 ' kit and they let me drive to Louisville, Kentucky to pick it up and save about $ 1000 on trucking costs. a friend of mine helped me assemble it and it was fairly easy to build from a very good instruction manual that walked you through every step of the way. my roof panels are rated to hold up a 250 lb man and they do exactly what they are rated for, as I have had a couple of 200 lbs men on my roof panels before at the same time with no problem, and have had ten inches of snow covering the panels as well as ice two to three inches thick. never had any problems with baseball sized hail either. and I read that the $ 100 deposit was non refundable, and would have had no problem with paying that if I wanted to make changes later on, which it guaranteed you to do. My sunroom is attached to my house and still very happy with it 12 years later. just wish the company was still around so I can add on to it and replace my windows with the full screen windows.
