Dear Mr ***, We are so sorry for the misunderstandingThe sizes of systems and equipment to be installed on our clients homes and businesses are listed on the contracts that we use to protect both the customer and us from misunderstandings like thisWe have installed your system as per the contract that you approved which clearly lists everything that you have receivedThis is a process that’s been used thousands of times with no problemWith that said, we may be able to help as you have requested, we would need to reapply for you with HECO and you would need to purchase new invertersHowever, this will have no positive effect on your PV systems performance and would be a waste of our collective resources in my professional opinion(As previously explained in writing)Also to address your financing commentWe provided a cash or check price on your original proposal which is discountedWhen you changed your mind and wanted to finance a day before your scheduled installation, we explained that the cash or check discount would be lostHowever, we worked with you on this and gave you the discount at our lossYou have the best solar panels in the world installed on your roof by some of the best people in the businessRegardless of our misunderstanding, we appreciate your business and will continue to be here for you when you need usKind regardsBen P***

I am rejecting this response because: the contractor refuse to replace the inverter in there own expenses.  This should be done on november 2017, but still they refuse to correct there work. If I dont file complaint in Revdex.com. they will not do anything.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:i wanted a system size of 10.0kw from day 1 and your solar consulant knows it .I cancel the proposal of other company cause your company promise that will give me 9.3kw system size. as customer who have is not knowledgeable in the solar business. Any item you list in the contract is customer gonna agreed because he trust the design of your solar consultant. The wrong part I did is to trust your solar consulant. He dont design what the customer like. As mention before.  Its not mis understanding. Its a clear misrepresentation.  Your team already knows what I want. But they refuse to do it.  Since before I sign a contract.  There no such thing or never ever mention that my system size gonna decrease to 7.6kw.  As customer.  We have right to know what you gonna installed and what im gonna have.   Im happy to read and you agreed to re-apply to Heco for system size of 10.0kw  but I dont like the idea that I need to purchase of new inverter because from the start its not my mistake, since octuber to december I already notice the mistake but your solar consultant ignored, disagree to replace it. If you need proof I can give you the copy of our communication. I wanted a system size of 10.0kw  for my future upgrade, for adding solar panel or installing battery.  Other problem in your company  there scared/Refused to write 25yrs warranty for parts and 25years labor in the CONTRACT. As mention by your solar consultant. And as shown on the proposal you gave me. They cant give me formal warranty documents, date and sign by yours. Because in 25yrs   Its gonna forgotten, the paper that your team give me is just paper that cant easily download or easily manipulate anywhere and any contractor can easily denies for the responsibility.  As You said you protect the customers and yours in the contract. I have proof that your solar consultant promise that 25yrs warranty and labor.  The price for cash and check.  Your solar consulant give me a price.  I agreed for that.  There is no discount mention for cash.  My bank will pay you cash.  I dont think you have lost for it.   The problem is your solar consulant wanted me to pay exta $2,000 for choosing a bank who offer 2 years no pay before start monthly payment program(green solar energy loan program)  Sincerely, [redacted]

Since this message was sent, we have spoken to the customer, the customer rejected our offer and we could not agree on a resolution. The customer is working with a local agency to determine a resolution.

We are pressuring [redacted] for better turn around times on warranty claims. We agree that 8 month is a long time, we did however provide that time frame as a worst case senario and we are hopeful that it will be a faster process than estimated. We encourage you to start the process so we can assist...
