We have tried to contact the customer repeatedly since receiving a copy of his complaint but unfortunately, he is not responding to emails or phone callsAs the customer states in his complaint, we have tried repeatedly to work with him and on his behalf to resolve the situationUnfortunately,
there is a 3rd party lender here who will not agree to renegotiate the loan which should have been issued at 2.99% but due to an administrative error, closed at 3.99% as the customer’s signed documents demonstrateBoth we and the customer agree that the difference in interest he will pay over the life of the loan is $2,and, when the customer originally accepted our offer of $1,000, we issued a check in that amountTo date, that check has not been returned but it has also not been cashedWe still believe that this offer of $1,paid now is fair and just compensation for $2,of added interest paid over years, if one considers the discounted value of his future costThat is to say, $1,invested (or paid to him) today at 3.99% is worth $2,in years -- which is when the loan will be paid off, including the cost interestFor similar reasons, we don’t agree with the customer that a $2,cash payment to him today is fair because that payment will be worth $5,in years when his additional interest costs are incurredAs stated previously, we don’t have the authority to change his loan terms at this point because that is controlled by a 3rd party lender but we do want to make this customer whole by offering compensation for his added interest payments and to demonstrate good faith, we have already sent him the compensationWe are open to discussing other remedies but as stated, the customer is not responding to our efforts at this point

Hello,We are very surprised to read this information*** of our staff has been trying from our side to reach this customer for over a week now and can document our repeated attempts.The customer is very difficult to reach by phone.We do not dispute that the conduit as installed is unsightly.We are
