Everything is a lie. Sunpro company did not fulfill what promised. The payment of my electricity bill is too high and also I have monthly payments of the solar panels. I don't see any benefits, many problems.

Hello Raul,
Although I completely understand how frustrated you may be, there are several SunPro Solar companies throughout Texas and Florida, however we are located in Wildomar CA and do not have any affiliation to either of these companies. I certainly hope you are able to resolve your issue with the correct company. Kind regards, Kari D-Office Manager SunPro Solar-Wildomar CA 92595

I entered into an agreement with Sun Pro Solar to install solar panels on my house. the concept being I would generate energy that would go to the utility company and there by reduce my electric cost. I would purchase panels over time, increase the value of my house and save money in the long run. the problem is Sun Pro with held information from me that would have made it impossible for me to agree to their offer.
I pay $.11.8 cents per kilowatt hour ( kwh ), but the electric utility will only but the energy I produce at the market value they purchase energy at. At this time that is $.025 to $.035 cents per kwh, as you can see a difference of $.11+ cents a kwh. I expected to pay a little more per month based on usage, but not this. I did a conservative cost estimate which was in Sun Pros favor and at the higher pay back of $.035 and after 20yr pay back of panels at $154 per mo. I would pay an additional $40,000.00 above just staying with the utility and not adding solar. NO one in their right mind would agree to that given all the information.

Amazing customer service provided by these guys, they did and estimate for me and were very knowledgeable about he benefits of solar. Their technicians were spot on in their work and did a really quick and efficient job. The solar panels have really been paying for themselves, I would definitely recommend them

Great people who work here. My wife and I love our solar! It was so easy to get things set up a going. Now we are saving a ton! So awesome

Thank you for the review.

Bought solar from sunpro solar, in 2016 and it never worked right in fact there was a few month it did not work at all, called them numeres times , they came out a few times attempted to fix it , but did not, the last time they came out was in October of 2017, it seems to be working now, but after so many times it did not work I am not confident in the product and want a refund, on top of that I been lied to many times by terrie telling me the system is working and it was not.
Also the system was suposed to produce 8000 kWh a year and it did not!
Also my bills are the *** as bevore solar if not more at times. I contacted sunpro but no appropriate outcome, I feel there is something not right the Edison company told me that I use this much energy , but the solar app tells me different , please help me resolve this , I really want my money back , because I think there is something wrong going on, and the product doesent work as promised !

Attached is the email I recently sent Mrs., as well as documents I attached. Apparently the solar system we installed was not operational for 2-3 months in 2017 (see production attachment, purple is lifetime and yellow is monthly). Mrs. did not notify us for the first 1-2 months, and the notes in our system show attempts to contact Mrs. with no response. But when got in contact, we went out there, and repaired a faulty part in the system, and got it working again. There was another small loss of production in October, and we repaired that as well. It has been producing well since then and a screenshot of the panels show that it has good current production. It is also on track to produce about 8000kW/yr, the estimated (not guaranteed amount). Production will be increased as well if the panels are kept clean (they were not installed on the roof as we generally recommend, and get dirtier as a groundrack). The manufacture, Sunpower, has the best panels in the industry, and guarantees their production. We have informed her that she can contact them, but we see that the panels are meeting guaranteed production levels. Mrs. 'bills' being the same or higher than before is a whole nother issue and has just as much to do or more with her energy usage as the solar production. I often, for free, help our customers save even more money by analyzing their usage and SCE billing -I would need her SCE login to do this, and would be happy to. I normally see better solar effects and recommend switching to TOU-D-A rate with SCE. In a few more months there will be enough data to analyze this and know for certain. Her system produced over 5000kW last year ($1,200-$1,500), and I offered a reimburse the 3000kW ($413.84) it was short even though we are not obligated to, and were not contacted for 1-2 months when the system was not working. We often have customers use more energy than they previously did and think the solar is not working right. That is why production monitoring helps. The most extreme example of this is a few years ago, I had a customer call because he received a $10,000 year end bill from SCE. I went there and analyzed the solar production, and it was working great (he was actually saving $400/month instead of $300), but he did owe SCE $10,000 because his workers set up shop in his backyard because he had solar, consuming 2x what he normally did. He ended up being ok with paying SCE the $10,000, because he had been saving $1000-$2000/month on his company warehouse bill. I do apologize for the system not working properly a couple time (this was small component problems, not the panels/inverters). The system is working like it was supposed to now and we repaired any problems that it had. I'm not sure what Mrs. meens by refund, this is installed, well working equipment. And if someone's bill is still high with solar, that means it would be even much higher without solar, because then even a lot more usage would be in the high penalty tiers. I think offering to cover the cost of the electricity during these issues is more than fair, and not required by my company, and await Mr. response.

I am very sorry about the delay, I was out very sick for a while. I'm sorry that you think I was lying about not getting a hold of you, I was just going by service notes and records we have. I understand there was problems with the system, and we repaired those. The system is working great now, and saving a lot of money on your electric bill, and I will continue to analyze the system production. I have supplied evidence of the current production and a solution above and beyond what we are required to do by paying the electric bill portion for the system for the time period that it is down which you rejected. I'm not sure what you mean by full refund, the system installation included permits, trechning, panel modification, solar panels, inverters, wiring, conduit, etc. Please let me know what you think a reasonable resolution would be. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:
Dear ***I went to a lot of trouble and inconvenience , because of this system not working, was lied to by your employees ( ***, and others, which is not working for you anymore )telling me the system was working wen it was not! And was even argued with by your employees !Yes I would like a refund as said bevore, and you even said that to me the first time I spoke with you on the phone!! All the appointments you guys came out and tried to fix the system and never did until as you think recently, just all this BS and agruvation ! I paid a lot of money for this system , and I am not confident that it will work in the further , there where to many problems , and I don't have faith in the system , and I don't feel like babysitting this system , so yes I want a refund so I can purchase another system ! But I might consider a Refund of $7500 to settle this! Sincerely
