George and Wanda *** received a service call on 11/28/to service a washing machine between the hours of 1-PMA service tech was dispatched and diagnosed a problem with the washer and notified the customer that parts would have to be orderedAs is customary with all part orders the
customer is notified that it can take up to 5-business days to receive the ordered parts and set a subsequent service appointment to complete the service request. As of this response to the complaint (7) seven business days would not term until December 8th based on the service date of 11/28/2015. There is a email and sms notification system in place to inform customers of various aspects of the repair process and at anytime the customer is free to email concerns to Sunrise Sunset should they fail to reach someone by phone. All emails, sms text, and phone calls are trackedAs our records indicate Mrs*** has received both through our automated system which are all time stamped and datedAs to finding what Mrs*** deems to be a more qualified company she is more than free to contact her warranty company and request a change in service providers as we have gone beyond providing impeccable service to our clients, up to the degree that we accommodated Mrs*** with the Saturday afternoon appointment after we left several voicemails attempting to set up serviceThese notes are in our system and time stamped as well. If we could be of any further service to Mrs*** regarding her service she can call our office at *** or send a email to [email protected]

I am rejecting this response because:  I agree and disagree with the companies response.  They only had Saturday available.  I did not request a Saturday.  I was told that this was the only date available due to the holiday.  They could have come out any day after I placed the work order.  In addition, they only made numerous calls to me on Saturday because they gave me a 1-3 window and the technician wanted to come early.  Otherwise,  they would have only had to make one call. I appreciate their efforts, I was just concerned that I had not heard from them and could not reach their office for status. No further communication is needed from the company.  I was finally told that the part was order on December 4, 2015 and the part would be delivered by the 9th.  If the technician order the part on the 28th how come it was not in the system until I called the AHS to find out the status on the 3rd?
