Review: I have lived at Sunrise Apts. over five years and have had water leaks at every faucet possible. Not only in my apartment now but also my first apartment. As well as several of my friends and neighbors apartments. Sometimes over a gallon per day. It takes the maintenance people about a week to respond. And thats if they respond at all. The strangest part is that the water bills never vary more than a few cents. Now my complaint is not about the faucets. Or the leaks around the windows. Or the leaks from the exhaust fans. My complaint is concerning the mold. We have had black mold growing in the kitchen for several years and all they do about it spray bleach and wipe it down.The problem is obviously coming from inside the wall. It's similar to when I complained about my front door not being able to lock they simply lowered the hole for the deadbolt instead of addressing the dilapidated door itself. Now that I have a newborn baby I can no longer accept these "band-aid" solutions. Something needs to be done about the lack of caring of the tenants here at Sunrise Apts. Review: I was informed in April that a money order for rent from FEBRUARY had been lost. I offered to provide the receipts for the money orders, but was assured by management that they found the money order and credited my account. I was also told TWICE since then that my account was current and nothing was in arrears. Now, in July, I am told once again that I failed to pay half the rent from FEBRUARY. I have all my receipts, the emails from management, and can track through [redacted] where all the money orders were cashed. Also, TWICE since April I have received notices that my rent was "lost" again and again. However, in the two subsequent instances, it was miraculously "found." This situation reeks of incompetence, irresponsibility, negligence, and possibly embezzlement.Desired Settlement: I need my account to be corrected, and I need an apology from the manager. This is ridiculous and stressful in a time when I have too much stress already.

Sunrise Apartments is the most Peaceful and safe place I have ever lived, and that's saying a lot for Wilson way. the Managers really care, they even had a BBQ for the whole complex for the 4th of July. Its like living with family, everyone knows each other and miss Kim and mr Bill are ma and pa of the complex. Its great, I don't ever want to move. I could say so many great things about this place, but in short, Its a great place to call home. :)
