Ford of Lake Geneva is always concerned about any negative customer interaction.? We are constantly monitoring our departmental processes to seek continuous improvement.? We are certainly not perfect but,? for over years we have? established? a well-earned reputation for
honesty, fair dealing? and great prices.? ? ? Above all we have bent over backwards to keep customers coming back through listening and being fair mindedWe have reviewed and researched? MrBeutle’s claim and have made the following observations:? - Ford of Lake Geneva completed a point safety inspection on the vehicle before it was placed for sale.? There was no leak at the time of inspection.? -MrBeutle purchased a used car sold “AS IS” and signed a document acknowledging that fact.? No warranty was expressed or implied.? -We offered? Mr*** the opportunity to purchase an extended service plan, which would cover most potential mechanical issues attached to a used vehicle in the future..? He declined? the offer in writing.? -We agreed to allow an onsite inspection by Mr*** during which a small transmission seal leak was discovered.? We agreed to repair the leak as part of the deal.? We completed the repair in a customary , workmanlike manner.? -Mr*** unilaterally chose to take the vehicle to another service facility and pay for the second repair.? ? He should have contacted us immediately to inspect and correct, if necessary,? the previous repair.? ? Additionally,? We contacted the repair facility that Mr *** chose to make the repair.? Both the service advisor and the technician confirmed that the repair they made was NOT the same repair that we made.? They repaired the second transmission pan seal? completely separate from our repair and? that was the cause of the leak in MrBeutle’s garage.? Mr *** mistakenly told us that it was our repair that failed when asked about the possibility of the? second seal failing.? In fact he was adamant that we were to blameMr ***? has? wrongfully? accused Ford of Lake Geneva of making a faulty repair, even though we believe he knew? or should have known? it was the second seal which had to be repaired.? ? Therefore in light of the circumstances,we do not wish to make any offer to Mr***, as we feel that he knowingly told us incorrect information regarding the repair and? unilaterally took action without giving us the opportunity to inspect and investigate his accusations.? We would like to offer Mr*** a complimentary Car Detail ($retail value) ? for which he can call 262-248-and make an appointment.? This offer is good until? July ,2017.? Sincerely,? Ford of Lake Geneva is always concerned about any negative customer interaction.  We are constantly monitoring our departmental processes to seek continuous improvement.  We are certainly not perfect but,  for over 20 years we have established a well-earned reputation for...

honesty, fair dealing  and great prices.    Above all we have bent over backwards to keep customers coming back through listening and being fair minded. We have reviewed and researched  Mr. Beutle’s claim and have made the following observations: - Ford of Lake Geneva completed a 112 point safety inspection on the vehicle before it was placed for sale.  There was no leak at the time of inspection. -Mr. Beutle purchased a used car sold “AS IS” and signed a document acknowledging that fact.  No warranty was expressed or implied. -We offered  Mr. [redacted] the opportunity to purchase an extended service plan, which would cover most potential mechanical issues attached to a used vehicle in the future..  He declined  the offer in writing. -We agreed to allow an onsite inspection by Mr. [redacted] during which a small transmission seal leak was discovered.  We agreed to repair the leak as part of the deal.  We completed the repair in a customary , workmanlike manner. -Mr. [redacted] unilaterally chose to take the vehicle to another service facility and pay for the second repair.   He should have contacted us immediately to inspect and correct, if necessary,  the previous repair.  Additionally, We contacted the repair facility that Mr [redacted] chose to make the repair.  Both the service advisor and the technician confirmed that the repair they made was NOT the same repair that we made.  They repaired the second transmission pan seal  completely separate from our repair and  that was the cause of the leak in Mr. Beutle’s garage.  Mr [redacted] mistakenly told us that it was our repair that failed when asked about the possibility of the  second seal failing.  In fact he was adamant that we were to blame. Mr [redacted] has wrongfully  accused Ford of Lake Geneva of making a faulty repair, even though we believe he knew or should have known it was the second seal which had to be repaired.   Therefore in light of the circumstances,we do not wish to make any offer to Mr. [redacted], as we feel that he knowingly told us incorrect information regarding the repair and  unilaterally took action without giving us the opportunity to inspect and investigate his accusations.  We would like to offer Mr. [redacted] a complimentary Car Detail ($79 retail value)  for which he can call 262-248-6100 and make an appointment.  This offer is good until July 1 ,2017. Sincerely, Ford of Lake Geneva

I have finally made contact with Mr. [redacted].  He does not have voice mail and only limited access to his phone. We will be scheduling an appointment this week with Mr. [redacted] and our Glass Repair Vendor. If you need anything further please let me know. Thank you,[redacted]
