Review: I purchased a refrigerator from Sunrise Appliance ([redacted] and his wife). I was told, if it ever breaks, not to worry, as they do refrigerator repairs. I had the refrigerator approximately 2 years when it broke. I called [redacted] to repair the refrigerator, and he charged me $168.00. He also included a written 90 day warranty, in case it broke again. The refrigerator broke in less than 90 days. I attempted to call them daily with additional text messages daily, as food was rotting in my apt. After 9 days, they still never called me back, even though I have the warranty. They refused to return my calls or answer any texts.Desired Settlement: I would like a total refund for the repairs, in the amount of $168.00, plus any value remaining on the refrigerator, as I had to go buy another refrigerator, due to his lack of response. I would also like them to pick up the broken refrigerator. He can repair it or do what he sees fit with it.
