Called the costumer back about the complain, I explained that as a registered owner she can take the car to GM dealer and get the recalls done at no charge ! We sell out cars and very affordable price , with new smog check and car fax available to anyone is interested in, we allowed the costumers to take the car for pinspection at his own mechanic as well! The car had some scratches and some cosmetic defects when we sold it and the costumer was completely aware of it, I was asked to adjust tye price from 3550$ to 3000$ out the door because that was the budget the costumer was working with !
