I am very disappointed with the personnel at this apartment complexThey lied to me and my realtor about prices, availability, and their business ethicsAlso, they kept accusing my son of living with me while not being on the leaseI am a single mother and I need help and they just made my living situation really awkward and stressful I would not recommend anyone to ever lease hereThere standard finishes are mediocre and the staff thinks they can do whatever they wantVery unprofessional and misleading

I am rejecting this response because: I have also called the original parent company and the woman I spoke to said they no longer have any files on Sunrise Canyon Apartments since it was purchased and that I would have to call the new parent companyShe stated everything has been assumed by the new company which is why I would have to contact themNeither party is accepting responsibilityAll I asked is that a call be made to the collection agency to remove the negative remark because I was never sent a statement (an opportunity to pay my bill) after I provided my new address to the management office.

I am rejecting this response because:Per my previous response. I have already spoken to the apartment manager at Sunrise Canyon Apartments. She claims no responsibility for the unit she manages. However, my information was not sent to collections until after her company assumed the property which is my complaint. I was never sent a statement for a chance to resolve the situation. Therefore, I am making a simple request to have her company remove the negative credit history.V/r[redacted]

Hello,  The vehicle in question had been parked in front of our business office for over 9 days and had not been moved. The vehicle had out of state license plates for Arizona and we contacted Universal City Police department to run the plates. The plates were ran and the address came back...

as an out of state address. We tagged the vehicle with a towing warning that it needed to be moved. The warning date for the towing sticker had expired and the towing company was called and the vehicle was removed. We then found out that it was one of our residents. I personally worked with him and negotiated half of the towing bill which was 200.00 and also gave the resident a garage during the remainder of his stay for no charge. I explained to resident that vehicles are left abandoned and we did our research when we ran the plates and our address did not populate. I also explained that in the state of Texas you have 30 days to register your vehicle and this had not been done as he stated in his complaint that 14 months had gone by but he still has out of state plates.   We feel that we accommodated the resident by meeting him in the middle with the tow invoice and also provided him a garage free for almost 4 weeks. As far as the deposit we have 30 days in the state of Texas to conduct a refund but the additional days are given to the residents due to the United Stated Postal Service as we can't control that process. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
