I apologize for this situation I do not think that this qualifies as a complaint against my businessWe followed every legal requirement of the contractIncluding having days from the time a formal written complaint was issued...We issued a refund to the customerI have been
short staffed recently in the office and perhaps that is why some of her calls weren't answeredThe only issue I see is that the refund check was returned due to a bank error on my partI will be glad to re issue a check for the amount plus bank chargesBut I still insist that this does not qualify nor warrant inclusion as a complaint against my business that can ruin my reputation for the next years over $Also does the customer have my new mailing address? It's Fannin St NOT Fannin St anymoreand we have had some trouble with mail being forwarded to us
