Her broken bra zipper was taken out and replaced with new one.  There is protective backing underneath the bra so that none of zipper part would touch the skin.  This protective flap was not altered, it is placed by the manufacturer.  I am willing to take a look again and work with the customer if in fact it is irritating. This item is large size bra with broken zipper usually due to stress over time.  New heavy duty zipper was put in with extra reinforcement to ensure that it doesn't rip due to further stress.  She wanted us to take it apart to re-stitch just top part.  I informed her that since we put...

extra stitches, taking it apart will be difficult and may even rip the fabric.  Since this is underwear, in our professional opinion, strong reinforcement is very important.  We repaired this item in the correct manner.
