Condo was nice, management was poor Rented for January, at $4,000, Washer flooded condo after being there only three days Management not able to have it fixed We had to walk around a huge commercial fan that was drying the carpeting in the master bedroom for all of the three weeks, being careful not to trip on the lifted wall to wall carpet Management questioned what we were washing...said if it were sheets, it would cause the washer to break if they were not distributed properly Really? We were there three days and only had a few small items Their response...well, a small load will also do that They actually insinuated that we were at fault Then...about one week before our rental was over, they had the washer replaced No compensation for our inconvenience of having to take our laundry to a commercial place....no thank you for containing the flood water with towels so it didn't flood other condos below....and the aggravation of having to constantly attempt to find out what was being done by a uncaring management Would never recommend this condo
