Sunrise development has neglected to honor their one year homebuilder warranty. The sod has yet to be completed as well as the master tub faucet.
Sunrise development has neglected to honor their one year homebuilder warranty. The sod has yet to be completed as well as the master tub faucet. All repairs are still speaking completed June 2019. I have made several attempts to contact the builder. He has failed to get these items corrected.
On the day of closing we had noticed that the new sod had been burned and had died. We were told that they are closing that that would be corrected. But it has not yet been done after several attempts to contact the builder.
The master tub faucet does not shut off. Builder has said he had contacted the plumber to come back to fix it. But after several different attempts to reach the builder and get this item medicated the builder has failed to follow through.
I want the master tub faucet repaired so it is an operational condition. I want the sod replaced and the land graded properly without holes in the ground.
Not sure who the customer has been speaking too. I am the owner of Sunrise Developers, Inc. and this is the first I have heard of this. The customers 1 year warranty ran out a year ago, however, I am looking into everything and if there is anything that needs to be done it will be done.
