I had my house built in 2014 and I can positively say, Mr. was super helpful throughout the whole process. He built my family and I an amazing home. After moving in, I was in the attic and had an accident which damaged the sheetrock. Even though it had been a while after we had purchased the home, Mr. came through and repaired the damage. I highly recommend him and his company if you are wanting an amazing home built for you and your family!

I Hired Mr. *** to build a home for my family of 5 early last year. The process was incredibly easy considering this home is the last I will own and the same home my family will be raised in, I wanted it perfect! Mr. worked with me to perfect the design and brought my vision to life. This is the most beautiful home I've ever lived in and the quality continuity amazes me. I have little ones have been known to be rough, however this amazing house passes the test on a daily basis. I'm also very impressed with the warranty provided by Sunrise Custom Homes. He has gone above and beyond to make make changes I've requested even after the house was built. Continually working with me to make any slight change I might need. I highly doubt that it is only my family that has received this type of quality customer service from Mr.. For that I will be forever grateful! Sunrise Custom Homes built our house in 2000 and 17 years later we are still living in this house! Mr. and his crew were very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. We had some bumps along the road during our 10-month long process, but Mr. never gave up and continued to make us our custom house, as promised. Being a physician, I could not always be present on the construction site, yet I was completely blown away with the product of my house back in 2000. Mr. listened to all my ideas and did not ignore any of them. He would even double-triple check with me on multiple things, just because of my hectic schedule with my clinic. I still live in the same house, 17 years later. I feel as if there are so many builders out there, but not that many will do a full custom house for you, and Sunrise Custom Homes Inc. was the way to go back then in 2000, and if we plan on moving again, I would hire him again!
