Review: I called to set up an appointment for a Brazilian sugaring/waxing with a [redacted] I had bought. When I told them I had a [redacted], they said I would be charged extra because I'm a male. I understand that there are few technicians that are willing to service males. But I don't understand why. It can't be due to amount of hair. I have known women with more hair than me. The only thing I can conclude is that they won't service me at the same price, or honor the [redacted] at the purchased price, because I'm a male. Would they charge someone of a different race, a different price? I'm not a lawyer. But I'm pretty sure you can't refuse service or charge someone a different price for the same service bases solely off of someone's gender.P.S. When I talked with Sue, she hung up on me and when I called a different location to ask why I was being discriminated against, the lady laughed at me.Desired Settlement: I see no reason why there are different priced for the same service for different genders, $90 for women and $135 for men. I don't think any company should be able to charge different priced for the same service. I would like to see them charge their priced accordingly or explain why a men's service is 50% more than a women's service.
